Basically, just trying to get a local manager on the phone with me! First season with them, weeds spread throughout the yard. Repeated phone calls and complaints, led to maybe one free application. They tell you to call if weeds don't die 10-14 days after application, well you call and they say it hasn't been enough time or it's too close to the next scheduled application and nothing happens. I REALLY should have trusted my gut and cancelled this summer. But, they talked me in to staying by giving me a really good price. Here I am 5 months later, yard is overtaken by weeds, the price has gone up and I cannot get a manager to talk to me about this, and continuing to battle for any sort of communication from the company.

Jason also tried to do this to us in September asking why we didn't pay a certain amount and then told us he was having issues with his software and apologized. He said he was switching to a new software. Again, we were never billed for a mowing. Screenshots are included. He is a very poor communicator. He said he could not get a hold of us. This is complete crap. Jason has my work & cell numbers, three emails for us and lives down the street from us as well. We are always available. One of the girls I used to work with used him and he came into our work place screaming and threatening her for an outstanding invoice. She threatened to call the cops to make him leave. He also was mowing a property for where I work (real estate company) at and stopped services without explaining or telling us why. I would highly recommend NOT using Jason's LawnService Care. His scamming late charges are $50 per mowing, which he apparently happily tacks on. Nothing like not receiving a bill from him and then he starts to get threatening. In all my years of working in the commercial real estate world and working with various lawn care services have I ever came across anyone like him.
