Outside work was OK except for the tires. The inside work, however, was unacceptable. Not enough workers is what I think. The crew was rushed to keep up with the pace of the cars behind me. Pretty good job, overall. The full wash is fair for $39, although I would really expect the seats to be wiped. I didn't like that they could not wipe down leather seats as part of the "full" cleaning. That was disappointing, but the speed and quality of the rest was good. read more

This was my first time coming here, and while they washed my car free of charge, I still left with a scratch. The employee placed a stepping stool too close while cleaning the windshield, and it scraped the paint. I appreciate the free service, but it's frustrating to leave with damage to my car. EDITED AFTER OWNER'S REPLY: Let me clarify a few things since the owner chose to respond online with attitude instead of accountability. The employee dropped the stepping stool against the side of my car and stepped on it, applying pressure -- that's what caused the scratch. The white mark left behind matched the white stool. When they tried to buff it out, the white came off, but the scratch remained. Also, I never even asked for a free wash. I paid $32.99 and told him I'd be willing to pay $20 because of the damage. He told me "no, free of charge." That alone shows he knew they messed up. But now he's in the replies trying to twist the story, mock my words by putting "particular" in quotes, and act like it was my car's condition. That's gaslighting and completely unprofessional. What's really wild is, when I was speaking to him in person and asking what he could do for me -- like a discount or something to make it right -- he was quiet. Not a word. Could barely speak. But now you're online running your mouth, typing paragraphs, blaming me? You were quiet as a mouse in person, but bold behind a screen. That's weak. And I'm not the only one -- there are multiple reviews saying the same exact thing. Workers not paying attention, scratching people's cars, and no accountability. I had a wonderful experience during the full service wash today. Here is the cost $25 + tax + $5 tip). I waited for 15 mins then drove the car into the wash station. Two people hand washed the car exterior by hand while I stayed in the car. Then I drove out the wash station and three people started vacuuming the car interior, drying down the car exterior by hand, shining the tire, cleaning the rubber mats. One young lady even used a short ladder to climb up and wipe down the car roof! All done under 20 mins. What a treat for my car. read more

This is the only car wash I will go to - a real hand car wash at a good price and they do a great job. In fact, today when my car had pulled through and the girls were drying it, Joe came around the car to inspect it and decided that the wheel wells were still dirty. I'm not sure why you are lying in your response... I have never spoken to you or have any sticker in my car. I purchased my 2021 brand new car the week before going there... maybe you are confusing me with someone else because this is a flat out lie. I just even moved to Danbury last month, I definitely don't have a membership here. I didn't say one word to be picky... I sat in the car the whole time someone even came to my window to take payment. I have still only washed my car once since going there from fear that another car wash will do this. The women who dried my car dried with dirty rags and went from bottom to top, which raises the gravel and causes scratches. Very unprofessional response, which again, is a lie. read more

I reached out about having an interior detail and exterior wash done and they responded promptly and were able to help me out immediately. From message to detail service all in all only 3 days passed. They took about an hour which is pretty much exactly what you would expect, and the difference before and after was beyond noticeable. I would definitely recommend that you drop your car off and wait elsewhere if the weather isn't the greatest, just because there's not much in the way of seating while you wait. They do set up a tent and some chairs for you to sit in though- which was totally fine with me. I just brought a book and finished off my coffee! Definitely would go here again. read more

I decided to visit this car wash based on all of the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the experience that most people shared. I pulled into the driveway and was waved to pull in and the workers began to wash my car without verifying the type of service I wanted. I decided to go with the works, the results did not give "the works." My car is white, there were still obvious spots of dirt on the car. I had to request for an area to be wiped down because of a sticky residue. The windows are full of streaks. The inside of the car is dustier than I started with. I will not be returning. read more

This is actually a true hand car was. I don't allow anything spinning near my car and you don't have to worry about that here. It's a mostly female staff, working pretty hard. You pull into the car wash and the two girls manually clean the car on both sides with brushes. Once they're done you pull through a drier. Then you pull outside and they finish drying the outside with towels and compressed air, then vacuum and clean the inside. If I could give 4 1/2 stars that would probably be a more accurate rating as the inside is never perfect. But I feel comfortable bringing my car here, as it's good value for the cost and I don't need to worry about getting swirl marks in my paint like you do at the fake hand car wash places. read more

I selected this place nearby due to the 4.5 rating I had seen. I have a Tesla model 3, all white and white interior. firstly, the car still had dirt on the exterior in almost every crease, such as where the license plate is and the grill. dirt in every door jamb. Water wasn't fully dried so spotting in most places. But worst of all is I have leather white interior seats and I found mud stains everywhere that I had to clean myself after the fact. Either due to dirty towels or dirty clothes, this place is FAR from deserving a 4.5 star rating. read more
