He told me of his new shop that was local to where we were, he explained new products, application processes and protective qualities like he has been doing this MUCH LONGER than his years show. I have to say that my car paint already looked amazing. She gets driven a lot and she is out even in the winter (barring snow/road salt on the road). We discussed cost, warranty information, lifespan of the product etc. He was never in a rush and answered some basic questions I had as if they were just another question. He told me that he would need the car for 3 full days/nights. I was not the least concerned as it would be in a locked garage (climate controlled) until finished. I have to say that the day I picked her up it looked as though he dipped the entire car in baby oil. People that know the car and have seen it daily have been commenting on it, they still (6 months or so later) can not believe it. I couldn't find a flaw and believe me I looked!!! NONE. Friends have asked if I had a repaint it looks so good. It was worth the 3 day wait, worth the price, and worth my cost of that cup of joe!!!!! He has my business for years/cars to come!!!

Then I saw that the clip that holds it on was broken off. the manager Victoria said the dryer is very powerful and blew it off. Then she said she would either glue or tape it back on and give me a free car wash. I told her I'm not trying to be difficult I would settle for a used one but she was very dismissive and would not even acknowledge me after that. I told her I wanted her district manager's contact information. She did an incident report on the tablet and told me I would receive a copy of it in my email with the regional and areas manager's contact information. When I got the email the contact information was conveniently missing. When I insisted on the information, she finally went back inside and came back out with handwritten phone number and names. She was very reluctant to provide me the contact information of her management. I will definitely be in contact with Small Claims Court to get this resolved
