I had an oil change done here on 12/20/20!! Don't ever use this place. I brought my car to Subaru because my car was leaking oil, and this is what they told me. Oil drain plug: wrong plug and washer used. So basically they put the wrong drain plug back in and Subaru you need to change the washer after every oil change they didn't and left it. I'm lucky I have a good warning system I leaked out a full quart of oil. Instead of just an oil change I could've been replacing my engine!! read more

They did not tell me that it was damaged or that they put the incorrect temporary plug in until the second time we went back and then they revealed it the damage had already been done. SEIZED CAR ENGINE and now destroyed no thanks to this company's incompetence. DO NOT ever use this mobile 1 Express Lube. They never tightened up the oil cap and while my daughter was heading home from college on the Merit Parkway at night, certain car engine lights fired off rapidly and the car started smoking. Thank goodness she was ok. Needless to say to get my daughter through her last year of college, we now had to come up with another used car for her. A nice tow truck man was kind enough to take a picture of the oil tank and you can see no damage has been done to the oil tank itself and it's obviously he said that the cap was never put on correctly. Receipt by the company we towed the car to stated that they examined the car and there was no oil drain plug and no oil level was present. Engine is damaged. Manager Kevin and Tech Kyle screwed up and Mobile 1 owners Sean P. Dunn, Kelly and Ken Siranko are not owning up by doing the right thing and replacing my daughter's car that is now completely destroyed. CHECK OUT THE IMAGES to see for yourself. However I just went for an oil change today and the large, VERY clear sign outside said the high mileage oil was $55. I went in, had the oil change, and after it was done (and my car was still in their garage), they try to bill me $101! They said "the prices of oil recently changed" but never said that when I first came in, and never changed their huge pricing sign outside! My car was stuck so I had to pay it to leave - they gave me $10 as a "favor". I'm really not sure why this car wash has lube in their name but I sure could have used some when I brought my car in to get washed because they fucked me right in the ass. So I purchased a brand new '92 Nissan Juke fresh off the lot last week. It had a beautiful baby shit brown exterior. It got a little salt on it so I wanted to clean her up so I proceeded to get the deluxe wash. When It came out it had scratches right down the side. It was as if I had suddenly teleported to the Arizona desert because I was convinced I was no longer staring at my car but the Grand Canyon instead, that's how bad these scratches were. Better yet it looked like ISIS had just used my car in a suicide bombing attack. When I pointed out to the Manager what had been done, he looked at me as if he has suddenly grown an extra 23rd chromosome. He then wiped his sister's pussy juice off of his lip and said "listen boy I didn't do them scratches". His wife then came out of the management office and said "why you harassin' mah cousband!" True white trash through and through. They made the Cast of Deliverance look like well adjusted, young urban professionals brunching on a Sunday afternoon. I would rather drive off the rim of a volcano and plunge into the deepest, darkest layer of hell, meet Jeffrey Dahmer at the gates looking to turn my balls into testicle stew, and get butt raped with a hot poker for all of eternity than to take my car through this shitty car wash again. Took my car here and selected the gold package. I should have been concerned when they told me it would only take 10 minutes, but I clearly overlooked that. When my car was done I got in pressed for time and my car was still a mess. It look like they hardly vacuumed. I'm so angry. I went here for a car wash and inside clean. It cost $27.00. They did a horrible job. Did not wipe down dashboard or vacuum entire car. Just removed plastic mats and washed them. I asked for a rag to try to improve the job before I left but it was still so dirty a wet rag wasn't going to do the trick. Today I went to use a rain check for a full service car wash and was told because of short staffing I couldn't get the interior done. Which was what I needed. Had a really unfortunate chat with the manager. I can find another place for oil changes. Great service for over 2 years, but billing disputes escalate to Police involvement very quickly. 3 weeks ago I got an oil change and wash. I thought I paid, because I gave them my card and they gave it back, but apparently it didn't go through, or I needed to sign something, or I or they just missed a step. I got my keys back, so I drove off. To their credit, they did try to get in touch with me, but my phone dumps unknown numbers to voice mail automatically, and since I wasn't anticipating any urgent billing issues, I didn't bother checking my box regularly. This was my fault, I accept that, and also why I'm giving 2 stars for what I would consider the most hostile and threatening customer service experience I have ever had, bar none. Today, a police officer knocked on my door and told me that he would issue a warrant for my arrest if the dispute was not resolved today (he was very polite). Shocked, I drove to the mobile1 to pay the bill. While paying the bill, I was asking questions to try to figure out how this happened. I have never had any dealings with the police for anything, so I was a bit in shock. A gentleman there was very argumentative, and eventually I just had to end the discussion and say, "Sir, I'm just here to pay this. I don't want to be accusatory." I still have no idea how this happened in first place. My questions were answered in accusatory questions, so it got me nowhere. I thought the involvement of the the police was completely unnecessary, especially considering I was a repeat customer for two years(and so was my wife) with a visit every month or so for a wash and every 6 months for an oil change. So, in short time I would be returning for more service, and at worst the bill could be settled then. I understand that I carry much of the responsibility for this oversight, and I accept that, but I also feel that threatening me with arrest over a $70 bill from 3 weeks ago was a bit of an over reaction, and they seemed completely uninterested in keeping me as a customer afterwards. Like, 'give us our money, now f-off'. I dont think I'll be going back, even though they were completely within their rights to do what they did, and I believe they felt they were justified, but because this whole incident was handled very poorly, and was very insulting. I wasn't trying to rip them off, this was just a misunderstanding. Had I known I owed them money and that they had tried to get in touch with me, I would have paid. Though it was my fault, the first I heard of it, was from a police officer. Maybe they should consider revising their check out process to avoid things like this in the future? Like if a customer gets a wash and oil change combo, dont return the keys until the process is verified complete? After the wash, the car was waiting for me outside, running, and a guy waved me over. If I get my keys, usually I assume the transaction is done. Lesson learned. read more

I used this car wash only because my employer brings all of our limos and specialty vehicles here and aside from a few issues they hadn't had much of a problem. I paid for the silver car wash package with an up-charge for specialty wax. Received my car back and my drivers side rear rim is all FRESH surface scratches with the paint still freshly flaked onto the rim. I have called 3 different times to speak to a manager and because I paid cash and the lady at the front was too busy vacuuming to give me a receipt they are refusing to do anything for me because I cannot prove my purchase. I will definitely be talking to my employer this weekend, perhaps we can use Panache down the street as I'm sure they would be more than willing to accept the business with better customer service. Need new staff! Epic fail - phoned-in -effort on their most expensive wash. Not a nit picker at all, but this was so NOT worth it. Crumbs in my seat. Doors not wiped down. I'm mean I had a milkshake spill from Macdonalds this morning that ran down the interior of my driver side door. I went right to this car wash and got the full interior Gold or Supreme package and THEY DIDNT WILE UP THE STRIPE IF VANILLA SHAKE ON MY DOOR! I just got my 2500 Chevy washed here. If I could give this business a negative rating I would. My truck came out of their allegedly new equipment with a series of scratches down the right side. This is the absolute worst car wash I have ever been to. They left my car in utterly filthy condition. I asked for whatever the price would be for just a respectable, basic clean enough vacuum and wipe down of the interior. Instead I was left with grime and dirt everywhere. They didn't wipe down a single part of the interior. They got the rubber mats wet but then put them back.. dirty. Really?? I'm not hard to please. I was not looking for crevice clean. I complained, and some sullen guy came over with a rag and psuedo wiped part of a door without any fluid.. and left all the dirt right there. I would be ashamed to have that low a standard for my work. These people should be out of business. I can just imagine how they do everything else they advertise. I cannot comment on the car wash or oil change, but today I had the interior of my car detailed. It was filthy: soda spills on seats, dust and dirt everywhere, cigarette ashes from my daughter's friends, heavy salt stains on the front car mats- just a mess. Two and a half hours, and $90+ tax later, the interior looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor at Ingersoll the day I got it. I was a little reluctant to go use them because of the oil change/ service reviews on yelp, but i decided to give them a chance. Extremely nice folks who gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was ready. I couldn't ask for more. Will definitely return there. PS Now that the sun is out, I just noticed they washed the outside of the car, rubbed it down wix a waxy cloth and put on tire black. It doesn't get any better than this! read more

Great car wash & lube, great service. They recently installed all new machines in the car wash and they work great, I prefer it to Panache car wash. I've been getting oil changes and car washes there for about 5 years and what I like best is when I have a problem they are attentive and make a sincere effort to rectify it. Took my car there on June 24.. Car wash severely gouged the left side wheels. Clearly was just done in the wash as there was fresh paint chips on the tire sidewall that would not have made it through the wash. Manager came out and took pictures saying there was nothing in the wash that could damage the wheels.. The gouges were clearly just done and he said he would get back to me.. I went for an oil change which was not a complete oil change. Then I get in my car to leave and my check air pressure light comes on. They tell me they filled all my tires to 40 when in fact one of my tire sensors were broken so they couldn't have possibly put air in that one. False and misleading advertising are common by oil change companies, and the fraud must amount to millions of dollars spent by customers on unnecessary oil changes. Today I paid $131.82 for an oil change at Mobil 1 Lube Express for my 2012 Toyota Venza. I was upsold to the premium oil costing $20 more because I won't have to change the oil as often. But when the oil change was finished, the mechanic put a sticker on my windshield calling for an oil change in 3,000 miles. The same 3,000 miles is shown on my receipt as the next scheduled service. Modern cars no longer require a 3,000-mile oil change -- manufacturers say 5,000 or 7,500 miles is sufficient. I asked the mechanic, why does the sticker say just 3,000 miles more than my odometer, if I paid for longer-lasting oil? He said, the computer puts 3,000 for everyone, and it doesn't know what kind of car. But the car model is in the computer and on my receipt. Think of the total cost of this unfair practice to unwary consumers. read more

I was simply duped by their manager. All he had done in the name of car detailing was to sit inside the car and return it back. When I expressed unhappiness, he suggested a 90$ package further. Extremely disappointed in the car wash I received today. I went in with hopes of getting the Victory Lane, which is a $40 detailing, and was talked out of it because of a three-hour wait. The man told me the next best thing was the gold package so I opted for that $28 option. What I received was a bad vacuum job with no other cleaning done. The car was still filthy outside and the dashboard was not even wiped down. I would have stayed to get it redone or request get my money back but they were two other customers ahead of me also arguing about the poor job they received. Used the car wash and they broke my driver's side, side view mirror. First they asked me if I was sure it wasn't broken, considering I look at it constantly while driving I think I would know. On site manager tells me no problem, get a quote and they will take care of it. I go to VW Danbury and get the mirror (only the glass the housing was fine), $65. Go back with the paperwork and he says, I can't give you the money without the owner but can give me a free oil change. I do my own oil so no thank you. Leave my number for woman owner to call be back. Never calls. Long story short, after 4 physical visits, 6 phone calls and SEVERAL MONTHS, not a word, just run around. $65 and they would still have my business (I baby my car and wash it every 2 weeks religiously).
