Run, Chris is an absolute mess. He tossed a ton of drywall right on our street. Total mess…read more Chris is so unprofessional. Front Range demolition is a one-man company, and the one man behind the helm is an absolute mess. His transmission on the truck broke for over a month, and he was late every single time they had to come over to our house to finish a job. Because of the broken truck issues, Chris had transmission fluid and brake dust all over his hands and his body, and left black streaks all over our walls, and got upset with us because we said something to him. We literally had to tell him to stay within the walls that were taped off with plastic so we did not get the rest of our house messy, Chris acknowledged, and that lasted for 20 minutes until he started trying to take down the plastic and wander around the house. Do yourself a favor and hire a real professional, Chris is far from a real professional. The first job, Chris did was great, and every job after that was absolutely horrible. I wouldn't recommend him to my enemies. He kept asking us for money upfront because he didn't have any money, his truck was broke, he ran out of gas, he couldn't pay his cell phone bill, there was always something every day, and all he wanted to do was get paid ahead of time before the job is even done. If he did the job in the two days like he promised, then he would've been paid in full a week ago and we finally would've been done with him, Instead he got fired.

Shows up late, does not have proper equipment, leaves a horrendous mess for you to clean up, has absolutely no clue what he is doing. Hired him to take down a large shed. In 12 hours of work he only managed to take down 4 trusses! Since he did not have the proper equipment, especially a ladder, the one he had apparently fell over when he was up in attic space of shed and freaked out that he couldn't get down! When I finally realized what was going on, he verbally assaulted me and then threatened me. I ended up calling the police to escort him off my property. He was fired immediately! Now he is trying to make me pay him full price of the contract for only accomplishing not even 1/4 of the job. Threatens to sue and put a lien on my place. He should not be in the construction business at all! Might do better as a lawyer with his bad temper and quick to sue! Lol The following day I cleaned up all his mess, pop cans, skittle bags, cigarette butts all over the building! Left remaining trusses in unsafe manner. Careful! This guy is not nice, is unsafe, unprofessional, and unpredictable.
