We contacted Mile High Services to arrange for lawn aeration, fertilizing, and over seeding. A core…read moreaerator was used for the aeration while the service technician used a backpack filled with the company's chemicals to apply the "liquid aeration", fertilizer, and over seeding. There is absolutely no evidence of over seeding. Not one seed could be seen on the lawn. When we called Mile High Services for clarification we were told that the over seeding was accomplished with the back pack sprayer. The nozzle used produced too fine a spray to contain any grass seed. Every other lawn service company we contacted regarding over seeding uses a mechanical spreader that actually contains grass seed that you can clearly see. We feel like they advertised a service that clearly was not provided. Before you request over seeding you should demand to see the actual seed and how they will be applying it.
