I don't remember who came to measure but he determined that we needed a custom trim kit. Once it arrived, Guillermo and Joel came out and did an AMAZING job! They protected all my surfaces as they had to do some minor reconstruction of the cabinet and lined the trim kit up perfectly. They spent the entire day at our home fabricating the necessary components for the exterior blower, improving the electrical connection and gas line and carefully installing the appliances without a scratch to the new counter and refinished cabinets. Guess i'm the only one who thinks this company is junk. A week before install a guy came out, took measurements of everything and said we're good to go installing a dish washer and double oven and removing the old units. They came on a Saturday blaring club music in my house and said the double oven would not fit correctly. They said they could make it fit if i paid them extra money. The double oven has a large gap at the top between it and the cabinet. Odly the bottom fits fine. Loud music, trying to up charge me, bad install = poor installation. This is the company Best Buy/ Pac Sales uses for installation when you purchase from them, so beware. read more

We had the pleasure of having Pepe and his crew, Guillermo, Alan, and Charly, over last Saturday to install our new kitchen appliances from the Pacific Sales store in Carlsbad. What a great group of professionals. They called ahead when they were en route and arrived as promised. Since we ordered a downdraft with a separate motor and exhaust via the toe kick for our island, this was no ordinary install. This install required a level of expertise that Pepe and his crew mastered beautifully. Another obstacle that they encountered on our job was the fact that our electrical rough in was still a work in progress. They worked around that challenge and did NOT make us reschedule. In addition to the downdraft, they also installed a refrigerator, dishwasher, and an oven that went in the island. Everything looks beautiful. Prime One installed a Miele dishwasher for us this morning. Joel and Guillermo were clean, professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and attentive to detail in ways that we appreciated. It was a complex job because we didn't have an electrical plug that was appropriately accessible (our previous one had been hard-wired in, so they put an outlet into the wall behind the dishwasher), it needed a longer water pipe than usual (they provided one), the inside of the dishwasher cavity wasn't finished and looked awful on the front edge (they cut a piece of wood and painted it, to cover the front cavity that had been so unsightly), and the two edges of our cabinet were not square (they explained to me the options, and their reasoning on the best way to visually fix that). We were consulted for each of these anomalies and we had to pay extra for each. Each charge was definitely on the high side, but not unreasonable, considering how much it would have cost to have a plumber or even a handyman come out to handle each of those problems later. It was nice that they came prepared to handle all those contingencies, so that when they left the whole job was finished and the dishwasher was ready to go. Joel and Guillermo couldn't have been nicer to have in our home - two sweet guys that work well together. read more

Guillermo, Oscar and Charlie were professional and personable and answered our questions during the installation of a hood and a cooktop. They worked diligently to make sure that both installations went well but a pre-existing gas line elbow thwarted optimal positioning of the cooktop, and suggested we contact our plumber for re-configuring the gas line, which we did the following day.
