I trust everybody at the dealership, they're wonderful. This is where I go for service for sure…read more It's two hours away from me but well worth the drive. There's not a lot of these days, but this is definitely one of them. Thank you guys for being there. They're very to the point, and prompt. Sometimes parts may take a while, but I've never had a major delay with anything.

There are no stars for this business but I had to add one to post this review. Absolute WORST…read morecustomer service! I have never experienced such a deplorable attitude from the employees (Chip and Julie, specifically). My son's scooter was held hostage there for repair for months. There was no communication or feedback until you called in. When you did, you were greeted with disses and insults that your bike was a "cheap toy" and an attitude that they were doing you a favor by repairing it. Once the repair was finally complete my son's scooter still had trouble starting, and after 3 or so months, broke down completely again. We're out about $700 after parts and repair costs. Therefore, RUN, don't walk away, from this business. Look for others that will include honestly and respect with their services. UPDATE on the above - 5 min after this review posted, the owner (Julie M from Fort Walton Beach) writes her own review of her business, attempting to discount my comments. Sad and pathetic... SECOND UPDATE, Julie M, owner of DandD Cycles, now writing under the name of "Robert M" describes her version of what she said she "couldn't recall" when I spoke of our prior experience with her shop. omg, it is SO sad...

I purchased a 2019 Yamaha XSR900 from Russell, my salesperson. After finalizing and receiving the…read morebest deal from him, I was directed to the accounting department, where I was greeted by Teresa and Paul, who finalized the deal and explained, very thoroughly, all of the details. During this time, my new motorcycle was being prepped for delivery. Unfortunately, my brand new motorcycle was unable to clear a antilock brake system code. I was informed by the mechanics that this was an unsafe condition and they would have to order a sensor to fix the problem before I could accept delivery. My ride had already left, so Pensacola Motorsports had a nice young man named Crusher give me a ride 20 miles back home. Russell immediately went to work trying to locate the part. A couple of dealers in the country said they had the necessary part but could not locate it in the warehouse. Yamaha of Japan was contacted and the part was ordered but would take a bit of time to reach my dealer. One day passed, and Russell contacted me and said that they were able to locat the part at a dealership in Slidell, Louisiana and were sending a driver to retrieve the part. He told me that my bike would be repaired and ready for delivery the following day. When I arrived at the dealership the following day, I was informed that the VIN number had changed. I asked about the situation. Pensacola Motorsports went out of their way to purchase another 2019 Yamaha XSR 900 from the other dealership and they transported it back to Pensacola overnight. They transferred ownership of this new bike to me, instead of making me wait while they tried to locate and install the ABS sensor. I was blown away by this gesture of good will and professionalism. I was asked to resign some paperwork with Teresa and Paul. They were very organized, as before. Before I left, I purchased some chain lube from Kevin at the parts desk. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I met and spoke with some other individuals while I was in the establishment. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will absolutely continue to patronize this fine establishment in the future. Thank you Pensacola Motorsports for giving me the best buying experience of my entire life. I love my new motorcycle!!

After approving them to fix it and send us a msg saying they quoted us wrong it was actually over 6k to fix it. Saying the engineer needed to be replaced when nothing is wrong with it. We have all parts and pictures to prove that they were just trying to scam us. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FOURWHEELER there. The sales department is really good but the service department are just trashed. the lady that answer the phone (Arden) was always rude and seemed bother when you asked questions. They were trying to get us to spend 3 times more of what actually is coasting us to fix somewhere else. They really lost our business. We do a lot of riding events and will make sure all the people we come across do not do business with them!!!! Save your time and money DONOT go there to get anything fixed. Here is the picture of the part that they said it needed to be replaced because of dust and debris.

My bike has spend about 6 of it's 36 months since I bought it sitting in Service. And not because of any major repairs. Nope, a few small warranty/recall items. I have all the packages, tire/wheel, preplanned maintenance, and platinum extended warranty. I brought the bike in (for the third time) to have the transmission quick fix diagnosed and repaired. I asked them to look at what seemed like a small oil leak. They said they diagnosed it as a bad seal, then told me warranty wouldn't cover it. I called Safeguard (company who manages BMWs extended warranty) who said they couldn't cover it - because someone had already "fixed" it . . . with a tube of RTV silicone. Then these jokers at Adventure gave me a bill for $1,800!!!!! For a silicone repair job. They, allegedly, BMW sent the wrong wiring harness for the bike. So my bike will be parked in the service department at least 6 weeks! While the bike and all the packages depreciate. So I stop in the store to talk to the GM, who is incidentally always too busy to talk to anyone (so it seems) unless the person is buying a bike. So I speak to one of the sales managers. She listens seemingly intently and says she understands and she will speak with the GM on my behalf. 2 days later, I call and talk to her again. She tells me (with attitude) that she doesn't have any control over what service does and she already relayed my message. They why didn't you call or message like you said you would???! In short. I switched from Harley Pensacola to Adventure largely because the service at Pensacola Harley was so unreliable and slow. Figured Adventure had to be better. Absolutely not. My neighbor warned me - said he takes his BMW to Jacksonville (6.5 hour ride) to get warranty work done. Other people said "stay away from Adventure." And I didn't listen. Now I am locked in for another 3 years as my preplanned maintenance is local only. I recommend buying a Triumph from D&D or, if you must get one of the brands sold by Adventure, travel. I am told Jacksonville has an excellent service department.

Had to trailer the bike to another BMW dealer 450 miles away to have it fixed in 20 minutes! One throttle cable was too tight. It was a waste of my time and money, not a good practice!
