Nothing like getting charged a 700$ pet deposit and still getting charged for cleaning that wasn't even needed. The break down for keeping our deposit is a joke, you can tell they just make up things. I kept this home immaculate. Shame on the owners and shame on prime properties. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Over two years you came out TWICE. and one of those was to prevent water damage from a leak. You're welcome. Since you kept our deposit, you should probably actually paint the entire home (lots of places missed) AND replace those nasty carpets that I had to RE CLEAN. We rented a home from this company from Sept 2012 to Oct 2017. When we first moved in the front and backyard were a total mess, we eventually planted flowers and laid bark in the front and had a green lawn which was always cut. We never had any major issues to report to the office expect when our ac wasn't working but other than that we never really bugged them.... We found out the home was being sold as we got home to someone putting the sign in front of our house... When people started to want to schedule a viewing we would always cooperate so they could go inside. As we started looking a new rental we asked prime properties for an extension of two weeks to move out because our new home wouldn't be available until then... they agreed and so we would be moved out and turn the keys on Oct 18, 2017. A couple days later we get a phone call telling us we have to move out the next day when we were already approved for an extension... Where are my three kids, my husband and all of are belongings supposed to go in one day... We ended up staying after talking to someone at the office which was the only time they helped... After cleaning this house it was in good condition... the only thing we didn't do is wash the carpets but we didn't mind getting that subtracted from our deposit... After stressing and cleaning the house to make sure we would get some of our deposit we left the house in good condition... we had also taken off the blinds off all the windows since they would fall every time we would Open them... So fast forward a couple weeks when we get out deposit back and we're stunned when we were returned around $98 which included the fee from the mailbox, a refund for something they had charged and shouldn't have and $7 from our deposit... $7 that's it!!! After talking to Prime Property management they said it was out of their hands... The owner had charged labor hours, new blinds, and removal of weeds plus more work they had alleged done 1. No repair was needed from our stay there, they painted the kitchen cabinets later after the house wasn't selling and they needed to make something look differently 2. Blinds were never put in, pictures they took after we moved out were posted on real estate websites and all the windows bare. 3. When we moved out the lawn was cut and taken care of.. pictures and videos to show it, and neighbors can also say we kept that house immaculate! Very disappointed after renting for so long from this company and owners, they should have treated my family and I better.. read more

We rented a place from them two weeks later they had a construction crew come n and do major construction to the place and there weren't remodeling they were just fixing the foundation and some frame work that was done wrong the pluming was plugged and we had to pay out of pocket to fix it. This place is horrible! Not only are the employees extremely rude, they absolutely refuse to acknowledge any repairs that need to be made to the apartments. After multiple reports of BLACK MOLD growing in the apartment, they still refused to service the apartment. I can't even begin to figure out the cost of all of the doctor appointments I've had just because of the chronic cough I had from the mold in this awful apartment (which is ridiculous, because the apartments are at the MOST, 3 years old!). After multiple complaints, I was verbally threatened by the owner, and wrongfully evicted. I paid my rent on-time, in-full, EVERY month. My apartment was left spotless, and ready-to-rent out. However, these scam artists kept my entire deposit in bad faith. Keep in mind, I'm a college-educated individual, with a decent-paying job that I've maintained for over 5 years now. Well these people really messed me up, so here is my story.. They had a sign in front of a house for rent..It was beat up, my guess is it should be no more the 550 a month. I called to ask what the price per month was and was told $650.00 I asked when I could look inside and the lady said thurs between 1030 and 12. I called Thursday morning and they said, well next thurs between 1030 and 12 I called next Thursday morning, (my last day to renew my lease and current apartment for current rental price.) They said something came up and they could meet me tomorrow. I knew I wanted the house for that price so I said ok. Next day I see the house inside and decide fine Ill apply before anyone else and getting approved has never been an issue for me. The actual price of the listing then turned out to be $875.00, not even close.......... These people suck but the guy who showed me the house was nice that's why I gave 2 stars, but yea they totally suck. now signing a lease at my current place is like 100 more Wheres your god now? read more

If I could I would put a negative star! This place is a rip off and has very unprofessional staff. They are known to keep your deposit plus more $. By law after you move out you have the right to request receipts of charges made to you as a renter. PPM will refuse to provide them and drag it until your account with Kings Credit Service is in collections (another rude and unprofessional place). They will send you to collections within months making it harder to fight for your rights as a renter. I was the 1st to take them to court of numerous people that have rented from them and have been ripped off. Yes it's a lot of work but they need to stop ripping off renters take them to court for fraudulent charges! If you rent from them save all your pictures receipts and document document. Or they will get you. I promise! Doesn't matter if you paid you rent on time year after year! They have no compassion! I could go on and on. My optimistic dreams of being a full fledged idealistic grown-up not living at home, bunking with my schoolmates of years passed, like a never ending birthday party where we eat candy, drink copious amount of carbonated sugar, and just general feelings of content shattered by the frost giants of Prime Management. The notion of your business not wanting money is pretty foreign to me. Perhaps they never listened to their mothers because their faces were locked in a "what the frack are you talking about? get away from me! I don't do work here/I just work here! You're really dumb!" stare. I couldn't help but feel bad for them, after-all, I was asking for help renting a place in a property management business. For shame! Not to be outdone, Prime management then decided to give me a lecture about how I wasn't allowed to throw massive parties, pull up the carpet, eat paper, let my cat live with my dog, have gay friends, ruin the house. Why was I given a lecture? Your guess is as good as mine. They then proceeded to be extremely rude to my boss at work while tossing in a ton of unrelated, somewhat invasive questions. I just purchased an apartment complex that was managed by Prime Properties. They opened each unit on two separate occasions for inspections. When the property closed, and I asked for keys, they claimed they did not have any keys. Makes me wonder what they did with the keys they had. I will not be doing business with Prime Properties if they cant keep track of your keys. read more

This place is horrible, I haven't even rented from them yet cause its been two weeks since I submitted my application, I was told 3to 4 business days and its been two weeks now. The house I wanted was listed to be ready may 1st and its still not ready, the price of the rent went up now. If you're gona publish dates and prices on your website I expect you to stand behind it. They always give me some lame excuse on to why it hasn't been processed yet and they apparently only have one person doing everything, everyone else is a bunch of worthless people. They don't give you updates on how your application is going or anything, they pretty much get to it when they get to it, not taking into consideration that you still have to give your 30 day notice on your current place. I should have looked at the reviews before trying to apply for a place with this business. After we applied to a house, they said they'd take a while to check our application, they never called us but a few days later when we passed by the house we were hoping to rent, people were already moving in. I'm assuming they didn't bother telling us there were people moving in already and wanted some extra money for the applications. Also they have terrible customer service. When we went to drop off an application, there were two ladies working at the front. One at a desk and another at the front talking to another lady(renter). They didn't bother to greet us, and the ladies just talked continuously about personal life stuff while we waited. Finally a man came out and told another girl from the back to come help us out. Which the lady also took her sweet time. Horrible all around. But from seeing the other reviews, I'd consider myself somewhat lucky to not get the house as continued business seems like a torture. read more

This property management company is the Worst and I mean the Worst rental property company. My advice to you is run. They will still your security deposit they will lie they will cheat you they will swindle you. When you need an emergency item fixed like the AC on 110 degree day. They will tell you it's your fault that it broke and go to a cooling center and they will fix it when they can and make you wait for several weeks before it gets fixed and then try to make you pay for it. They try make you fix everything on your own dime when you have proof that it's not your fault. If you want to be ripped off and have your hard earned money stolen and you want a hateful rude experience and enjoy being hassled by office staff go ahead and rent from them but you have been warned. If you are a property owner do not consider them to manage your property. You will greatly regret it and wish you hadn't. They also treat vets horribly and no respect for vets or disabled vets. Prime Property do not handle business professionally. We recently moved from one of their rentals. We have patiently waited to receive our refund from our deposit. I finally emailed to ask when it was sent out and was told they sent it to the house in which we just moved out of. I was told we did not leave a forwarding address. Maybe you could have had that on your check list when we came to make our last payment, in person! I replied to the email and ask what day it was sent out so I could keep an eye out for it because we had had forwarded our mail through the post office a week prior to us even moving. I never received a reply to the email, when I call their office to follow up I was told they do not check their email everyday so that is not a good way to get information. Then I was told they would send the check the next working day. Beginning to wonder if they really sent it out to begin with. It has been well over 30 days since our move out date. They could not give me any information because Tiffany was out of the office. I spoke to Louie the owner and he knew nothing, he also told me he would look into it and get back to me and I never heard back from him.
