Staff claim people intentionally overflow dumpsters, and post signs instructing residents to use a different dumpster if one is full, but they're all full. I have photos I've taken daily to prove staff is complicit in maintaining status quo despite overflow and rats. Residents cannot open windows due to the smell.

Upon our move out they deducted from our deposit for made-up stuff-luckily we had very good documentation, pictures etc. I asked them nicely to refund it but they forced me to file in small claims to get our money back. A year later we got a judgment and our money. Would not recommend. Apparently the broker/owner is a real estate attorney, yet loses in small claims court. Tells you the story...
