I called them after talking with other storage companies that charged far more and locked you in for additional fees. The container that was delivered was clean and secure. The driver provided recommendations for storage along with placing those little dehumidifier cups inside. Alas, we had a humid summer and some of the items did get some mildew and warping of furniture veneer. That's no fault of the company or container, strictly due to the ridiculous length of time I had it and not assuming it would have been over the summer. Every person I spoke with was cheerful, helpful, and courteous. I recommend them to everyone and if you need a storage container? Look no further than this company! When I flew back after 36 hours of travel and late night arrival, I went to retrieve my equipment but could not access it. This forced me to need to book a motel and change a flight, $600 total in cost. This review does not reflect the store manager of the location I rented at in New Bedford Massachusetts. Although Bob couldn't give me a refund he was empathetic to the situation. I would recommend not supporting this company. A simple refund was the least they could have done for the mental and financial burden caused.

She never opened the unit and there were no marks on the lock or door of a forced entry! So the staff of THIEVES at CubeSmart used a master key and helped themselves to other people's property. I cannot say enough great things about Mattapoisett Self Storage. I called on a Saturday and they leave a number on their answering service to call if it's an emergency, this was, I did, promptly Cindy answered and met me the next day at the storage units, Sunday, did the paper work. The units are new, climate controlled, spotless, you can come and go as you please. So yesterday my remote wouldn't work when I went to the unit. The power had gone off. I called Cindy, once again using the emergency number, she was out on errands, stopped doing her errands, and immediately showed up, called the electric company, let me in by working the doors as only she knew how, and by the time I left my unit the power was on. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommend and a perk? It's in the boatyard so maybe you'll see a boat with your name on it!
