The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. Nothing broken and they were a super effective team. (hopefully no time soon...the process of moving bites) If I ever need movers again Mozart Movers are going to be my choice. During that phone call I was told that I must first pay $350 and then wait 2-3 days before being allowed to access any of my property -- even to retrieve passports, immigration documents, medications, clothing, or work tools. I am formally notifying you that this demand is unlawful. Your own warehouse receipt states: "You have the right to access your stored property ONCE, free of charge, to inspect the property or remove items of personal or sentimental value (pictures, documents, funeral urns...)."
