A caucasian man with a seringe dangling out of his arm, stumbled down the sidewalk towards me. He asked me for money, I noticed he had dried up blood on his arm, I told him I didn't have any money and ran away! I contacted your Uhaul customer service number, and explained, I was being charged an extra $5 for after hours access, and still couldn't get inside!!! And I also believe some of them also rent storage units and probably store food items in those storage items, in your Cambridge,MA location.
