The front desk and management are inexperienced and unhelpful, and they clearly push for bank accounts so they can keep taking your money. If you join, use a credit card that's easy to cancel--they're not good at solving billing problems, but they're great at taking your money. The HIIT classes are great, especially with Karen as the instructor, and they also have some decent yoga classes. The facility is in okay shape, but other than the classes, take your money to another gym.
