If you are just there for something fast and simple they will make sure to get you out the door! For me who runs over on my lunch break this is an important factor to me. Advice, dont make people wait 20-30 min in line if they just ran to get one quick item. If you know the person is going to take there time purchasing a new device as they should take there time. I've had my blood checked, I've gone to therapy, nothing worked. I tried melatonin....that worked for about a hot minute but then stopped. The older I got, the more stress/anxiety and life happened and I was super exhausted, on edge and fed up. I was to the point that I was just going to have to plow through the week on 4 to 5 hours of broken sleep with an occasion 8 hours for the rest of my life. All I knew was that I was NOT going to take prescription medication for personal reasons and I was tired of being tired. Finally a couple of friends told me to try CBD oil. I was so nervous at first because it's so new and pretty much everywhere now so I didn't know who to trust. I asked a coworker if she had used CBD Before and she said she had and she loved it and currently takes it for anxiety. She mentioned she knew of a place in uptown that a friend has tried and mentioned The Wellington. I go and immediately connected with Linsey. She was super nice, WELL INFORMED and asked me several questions before pointing me to the a couple of options. The first question she asked me was what I needed it for. I said to sleep. Her next question is when I knew I could trust her. She asked "when you say to sleep, what does that mean for you? Because for me that means something different." So I unloaded the long lists why I can't sleep I'm general and because of that, she helped me buy a low dose oil for my sleeping. I LOVED IT. I woke up every morning feeling Like a brand new person! It's crazy. Her products are clean and are of good source/quality. Every since I found her the first time I think I've been in there at least 2 times a week buying more products. I recently discovered a mist spray she has for sore muscles. I have sore right hip and I've put this CBD spray on it now for two weeks and it's so much better now. Omg!!! Oh and her price point is more affordable and not extremely expensive like the other places I've tried. They have teas, and oils and bath bombs and even today I found out they have throat lozenges to help with inflammation. OH and the also have patches to help with cramps for females, Calm patches and Hangover patches! I'm so happy I found them. Conveniently located in Uptown down by the Starbucks that has Panera Bread below. Ahhhhh and I forgot to mention that there is a little deep stretch/ mini yoga room that you can book and use. I have been to this location 3x, but am usually a regular of the Cornelius location (which I have…read morenothing but GREAT things to say about that location & thr employees there) there is a female, black employee who I've seen each of the 3x I have been in, & she is so rude everytime. First time I tried benefits of the doubt, probably a rough day. 2nd time I didn't get where the attitude came from as I just walked in the door & was the only customer. She is impatient, acting like the 5 minutes I spend looking over products to decide is so aggravating to her. This 3rd time I wasn't excited to walk in & see her because the 2 previous experiences with her have sucked. 12:30pm, I am the only customer inside. No greeting, so I nervously try to make conversation about the car in thr parking lot (with a bumper sticker I recognized on my own car) She has an attitude & then a (I am assuming supervisor) came out from the back, very positive, very happy & cheery, clearly happy to be engaging with customers. (He had a curled mustache!) While I am checking out & talking to the fellow- the woman interrupts me while I am mid sent an d, talking to the man- butting in to say "Let me see your ID". There is no customer behind me waiting, there is nothing to rush except SHE wants to rush me & rush my pleasant conversation with her boss/coworker. She could have waited the 20 seconds for us to finish our conversation. She's rude, she's not friendly, & it's obvious this is just how her customer service works. I absolutely WILL NOT go back to this location, she is impatient, rude, & will make you feel like you're bothering them- simply for doing their job & buying products from this location. Thankfully I am not local to Kannapolis so I for sure will never be back to this location- I would rather go or drive anywhere else than be in that nasty woman's energy or presence again. Save your time & money- the customer service here does not deserve the money we work hard for & to spend.
