Whenever something happens to your car, it is stressful. My car was vandalized, making it so that I had to repaint most of my car. I have a Ford Fiesta. I know a secret that a lot of people don't know. I get to pick where my car gets fixed, no matter what my insurance company tries to tell me. So while my husband was on the phone with the insurance company, I was looking for the body shop I wanted to use. Word of mouth on Prime Time Collision combined with their Yelp reviews sold me. I talked with Gary over the phone. He was nice and extremely understanding. When I took my car in, Mick was just as nice and always willing to make sure I had what I needed. They have the customer service thing down. Not only did they meet the standards of a normal body shop, they went the extra mile. I didn't have an estimate when I dropped off the car, so the estimator came to their shop. They walked the car with the estimator and made sure the estimate was complete. I just left my car in their hands, and they took care of it. When I picked up the car, it looked FANTASTIC! They even buffed out my car and washed my floor mats! So now I have my baby back and she looks fantastic. I have been looking for a body shop that treats their customers like this, and THEY STAND ABOVE THE REST! They are now working on my husband's car. My Audi S4 is just 8 weeks old (that's right, like a baby), and it had pretty severe water damage due to my apartment building's pipes bursting hard water all over it, leaving all kinds of deposits behind and actually into the paint. On a brand new black car, that's a big deal. One place down the street quoted me $1800 with paint needed... Mick quoted me $500 for some intense (but careful) buffing etc. without the need for paint and stuck to it. They did a FANTASTIC job. He clearly cares about his craft and appreciates it when someone cares so much about their car. He even put it under the harsh fluorescent lights (late in the day) to show how everything was completely buffed out all over and back to new-and-perfect again. First time ever here. After taking my to geico's preferred body shop, I didn't like the work they did. They had a simple task of replacing and painting my bumper and fixing a small dent on my quarter panel. I got the car back with three different shades of silver. The paint had different color flakes. It was a completely terrible job .The body shop came out with the usually excuses " you will not get a perfect match" " the bumper is plastic and body of the car is metal you never get it to get match" " if you look for a different angle you can see it better". So, I finally brought it to this place to get it fixed and instantly they recognize what was wrong and told me what needs to be done. The best part about taking it to this place is that it is a family business and they take pride in their work unlike other big network body shops. Our car was totaled last year and the brothers here were so kind and helpful through the whole process. They tried to find every different solution possible to work with our budget and the state of the car. It turned out our car was too rusty to be worth saving (lots of snow from the east coast) and that even though they could do it, they would not recommend it for safety reasons and also because it could turn into a money-suck down the line. I started looking for a shop to do some much needed body work months ago. After feeling sized up and ignored at a few local places, I went to Prime Time on the advice of my mechanic .I met Gary, liked him and the quote very much, and then promptly dropped the whole project. I recently got another quote from another referral- and all the old feelings came back-this time I immediately got into my car and drove to Prime Time- Gary remembered me, my car and the quote --AND offered me scones. It was settled. After talking about what I needed-- a new bumper, center console, various dents and scrapes repaired, as well as a busted taillight - we got to the fun stuff, a custom painted grille and custom paint on the rear chrome. We agreed on a price and he mentioned throwing in headlight and taillight cleaning and completely hooked me up with car rental. I had a great feeling about him and the work, but could not BELIEVE how he and his crew transformed my nearly 5 year old car into a showpiece. He did everything he said he would and way more-- including custom interior detailing, the car was waxed and polished and sparkling, he even changed my license plate holders to complete the look. I had a wonderful experience getting my car fixed! I know that may sound weird to hear and given all the usual stereotypes of body shop owners, but Gary is very different - a true business man! He is extremely knowledgeable about the anything and everything to do with getting your car repaired from A to Z - including dealing with the insurance company and even offering to get me a rental car. Of course my car looks great - the repairs are amazing and my Lexus has a very difficult color to match but he did a great job with that too - can't even tell I had any work done on my car. Gary and Mick are brothers who run a tight family business. They are efficient and give competitive rates. I brought in my VW Beetle having already bought a replacement bumper, and wanted it to be installed. I had called a few places (all with 5 star reviews) and Gary gave me a quote over the phone and I decided to give them a try. His brother Mick gave me a ride home (and offered to pick me up again before it was time to retrieve my vehicle, which was very kind - though I didn't want to take them away from more pressing business - so I opted to use a Lyft coupon I had for a free ride back to the shop). He told me that they had the shop for only 3 years, which I thought was pretty impressive since they have at this point over 100 five-star ratings on Yelp. Not too shabby for a short time! The labor was more intensive than Gary had initially estimated, and he still honored the price range he gave me. I thought that was very honest and deserved 5 stars! I would definitely bring my vehicle back here again for future body work, and I would recommend it to friends as well. They said they also take all insurance, so if my VW gets into any future collisions (I hope not!), I have AAA, so I will request to try Prime Time first for repeat business as I felt they did nice work today when I was paying out of pocket. Found these guys on Yelp and dropped in on a whim to see if a nasty keying on an entire side of my jag xj8 was going to be worth fixing. (The punk that did it got all 4 panels). Gary looked it over, gave me a really reasonable quote and also said he'd see what he could do with a couple smaller scratches on the other side. 2 days later they called me to come in and I was amazed. I needed work done on the front bumper after a fender bender. I dropped my car off and the team at Primetime Time Collision really took good care of me! It did take a while though, over 3 weeks to be exact. I had to keep calling to see when my car was done as they had ordered some parts wrong, and the date kept getting pushed back :( I was told my car is done on a Friday, but when I picked up my car they said the fender liner hasn't come in yet. But I was told I could drive the car and come back on Monday. I was able to redeem the yelp deal and my car was detailed, it looked great! Overall, the people are very nice, especially the owners! Okay, so for those of you who don't want to read all this, I'll start off by saying that Gary and the Prime Time Collision Center crew went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected of them to get the job done and done right. They were honest, friendly, and on top of all that, their pricing was crazy affordable. Friendly team, easy to work with. They did great work--my car now looks better than it's ever looked before. They were happy to work with the insurance company paying for the repairs, and when they discovered more damage to the car that the insurance company missed, Prime Time pushed them to cover all of it, despite it being a lot more than what was laid out in the original estimate. Not only did they get the new one, paint it to match my car exactly in only a few days, but when they found out I didn't have a ride home while they worked on my car they offered me a lift! I wish I could be giving these guys 5 Stars! I really do. But, they solved one problem and created another. BIG bummer. First off they were very nice and very efficient. No complaints about the staff, they were accommodating and professional. They fixed a fender dent and replaced a bumper, did the paint... looked great. BUT whoever did the paint job over-sprayed on the primer or sealer or something, and now there is a pale patch in the middle of the door on my brand new truck. Aaaaaarrggggg. You can't see it it the shade (which is why I didn't notice when I picked it up), but in the bright light its pretty cruddy looking. Not what you want when you just paid a big chunk of money. So... They do good work, but make sure to look over the entire vehicle before you sign the paper and drive off. read more

Was very unfortunately the victim of a hit and run to the rear bumper of my car on Thursday afternoon. PRIME TIME! I have used this shop 2 times now in the last 6 months. The first time I came in to Gary to fix a friends car because she didn't know where to take her car. Gary was very helpful and was able to fix her car while we left on a trip to europe. By the time we returned the car was repaired and looked brand new. Gary dealt with the insurance company phone calls and made everything work out in a timely manner. Recently i was rear ended on the freeway and pushed into the car in front of me. I once again brought my car into Primetime. They had my car towed to the shop and helped me start the process of getting the other persons insurance company to cover my repairs. I've been here for 3 different repairs for different cars and out of all the auto repair places I have been to, this one has the best customer service. I found this place while looking for a shop that would change my girlfriend's breaks for a fair price and I've been coming here since. You won't have a problem with getting ripped off because you won't be! The brakes and rotors were replaced (which was paid for) but even the car was washed and the fluids were filled up !
