I just had such an excellent experience getting my car repaired here! Someone had ran into my brand new car's bumper while it was parked... And I'd literally just leased it the day prior so I was reallyyy sad, but thankfully Rick's made it all better! The super friendly and helpful staff handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to rental company and most important of all, did an amazing job with the repair! My paint is a special color designo diamond color which is not easy to match but they did it like magic! I'd already had awesome experiences taking my cars to their other locations in the past, so I did have peace of mind when I left my car here (but you just never know for certain until you actually see the results) and I have to say I am very pleased and thankful that this location impressed me as well... Which is awesome because at this time this location was really convenient for me. They have been incredible. Unfortunately I crash my cars a lot, so over the last 10 years they have fixed my Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne Turbo, and Cayenne Diesel. They do an amazing job, I always get the car back better than it was before the crash. I never had the resale value affected by the crash, after they finish there is no sign of the accident. One time with the Cayenne Turbo they were able to diagnose a problem with the air suspension that even the dealership couldn't figure out. Then tried to be funny and flirty. Definitely not appropriate & to make matters worse he commented on how much he did and didn't like the different mods on my car. For some reason I was not comfortable to pull the trigger on a shop yet and was hoping to find another place to get a quote. Glad I waited. I was driving home from dinner with my girl and happened to see this shop. I decided to go in the next day. I called ahead as I was running close to their close time and Vic answered. Me and my girlfriend came here up from san diego on vacation. She clipped her front bumper on a curb, breaking a few clips and screws, hanging the bumper from the drivers side light to the wheel well. I call this body shop and they offered a few options to us, and we chose to come in and have them look at it. In less then 1 minute of inspecting the bumper, he said it would be done quick and no issues. They were able to fix it in less then 10 minutes, offered us water and best of all got to sit inside in some ac. They were serious professionals at what they do and extremely courteous. After they fixed it we had no further issues with this bumper. I dont believe they use any tools to fix these vehicles, but practice and use magic to fix vehicles which is why theyre the best and the fastest! read more

I brought my brand new 2018 car in after it was involved in an accident and when I went to pick up my car it looked brand new again.! It was perfect. New owners for the shop and Vic and his shop did an amazing job. Also my seats are tan and are always a problem when I take it in places because they get dirty so easily and not one single spot was on the seats when I got them back.
