He took a picture of the logs to ensure they were put back in the same place. Vacuumed out everything, tested the igniter, ensured no gas leaks, clean the glass and the outer screen. He even added a few things to show embers burning beneath the logs. Really cool, nice touch. Great job on it. Our dryer vent goes down the the crawlspace and then a 15 foot run to the outside. He had the tools to get it all done. He cleaned out and around the dryer when done. He reviewed everything in the end. Great value, very personable too. Will use him again.

Ive had over a year of upstairs neighbors throwing their trash down onto my patio space, stomping so hard they knock out my light fixture covers, harassment by other residents tampering with my doorcams, parents of unsupervised kids never contacted about their children kicking soccer balls in the hallways off of my walls and breaking things. tons of stolen packages in the mail room ( that has a camera mind you) but they never would do any checks to see who might be responsible. They didn't even bother making sure the new owners had the recently signed lease and renters insurance. the new people had NO RECORD OF MY LEASE I RENEWED IN DECEMBER!!! after mistakenly trying to get me to renew a month before my lease even lapsed The new owners had NO record of any of the papers/contracts we had signed less than a month prior and we are STILL trying to get it sorted out months later. The place had broken doors, elevators out of service since before Christmas they never sorted out. They do not enforce any of the rules in the lease. The property is non smoking yet even with pictures and physical proof of the people above throwing their butts and joints into my planters. The community pool area was ALWAYS covered in trash and feces yet they never bothered to clean it. the community area is a NO DOGS ALLOWED AREA but nothing was ever done. Ive lived here over a year and havent been able to enjoy my patio even once due to the trash and smell of dog crap. Seriously how poorly are you run to not even make sure the new owners have the lease contracts at the bare minimum?

I also recommend never buying Dream Finders Homes as they deal with the bottom of the barrel of trades and when they sent someone to inspect a leaky roof in September, they only saw one of multiple leaks and this is my second time dealing with needing to uproot my schedule to deal with all these companies that require to be here and apparently I'm being blamed for needing to be at work and scheduling on a day far enough out that I could be gone without missing work or my required office times. Is this what being a working woman is? Getting blamed for picking one day that actually works and then getting blamed when the trade doesn't show up?!?!
