Update: 06/2024 Ceramic coat is STILL going strong! I continue to pressure wash my car and it makes cleaning my car much easier than a non ceramic coated car. I will say the coating is in need of a recoating by this time because some sap and pollen sticks to the car. But a few extra minutes of a pressure washer and the sap is off. I will say the ceramic coating is at 60% effectiveness compared to the first day of ceramic coating. Not complaining! I am still impressed with their work! After looking for a ceramic coating service provider for two of my vehicles, I ended up giving Joe the green light. He seemed eager to gain my business. Super fast responses via Yelp Messaging and via text messaging. We got my cars scheduled and away he went. Today, Joe just completed the first part my 2017 Tesla. I took the 5 year ceramic to have a longer lasting gloss!! This guy worked HARD. He spent the majority of the day prepping the car for the ceramic coating and then another few hours getting the job done. I spoke to him on several occasions, while he was doing the work, and I must say, he simply loves what he does. He is like an artist wanting the final results to be perfect. Super communicative, super professional, and seems like a simply honest person. I look forward to having him complete the job (there were a few things he still needed to do to it before considering it "done."). He also needs to come back for my 2nd vehicle anyway. I have a 2010 Toyota Corolla that I use for commuting. I've kept it in decent shape all these years up to and including getting it detailed both inside and out. I was new to the area and found Joe. I requested a quote and got a reply within 30 minutes. I scheduled my appointment and asked Joe to text me when en route to my home. We had an appointment window for arrival between 8-9AM. He arrived at my house at 820. We did a walk around of the vehicle and he told me what he would be doing. My expectations were exceeded and he worked on my car all by himself for 3 hours. He treated my 11 year old car like his own and and like it was a luxury car just off the lot. He steamed cleaned my vents, washed and waxed my car and wiped down all the doors jams- he cleaned everything and now it's like we took a trip back to 2010 when I bought the car. You might save a few bucks going to the car wash but they will never take the time Joe did on my car. I highly recommend! read more

I'd like to preface that I don't normally write Yelp reviews. I'm a parent of two young kids- who even has the time?! I also don't consider myself a car interior detailing person. I thought this was something that "car people" did. An unfortunate interior leakage in our car led me to ask about interior detailing- with the main goal of making it safe for our babes to ride in given there was mold in certain areas. Joe had done an amazing interior detail job on our neighbor's car a couple years ago, which led me to inquire about detailing our car. Joe of Prime Time Detail Pros did an EXCELLENT job on our car. This was money incredibly well spent- he was upfront about pricing and gave us a couple options for a deep clean. We also had a ton of accumulated sand and dirt over the decade and he got it all out. Joe also disinfected everything and got every nook and crevice. It looks like it came fresh out of the sales lot! And to top it all off, Joe is a really cool and upstanding person! Years of spilled coffee, crumbs in cracks, makeup worked deep into the steering wheel and shift lever, etc. These guys didn't miss anything. They vaccum, shampoo and steam cleaned EVERYTHING. Seats, carpet, floor mats, stereo head unit, dash controls, the vents, the metal seat railings, tight spaces in between the seat and center console..... everything was cleaned. Poor communication, unprofessional & unreliable. I previously booked them for an interior detail after I'd managed to spill green smoothie all over my front seats & console (twice). Naively, I didn't check their work after they were done because green smoothie on a black console would be *hard to miss* but I was wrong. 2 guys & 4 eyeballs missed green smoothie in multiple large, fairly obvious places, including the cup holder & console side that I spotted right away. Mind you, their job was only cleaning the front seat area, not even the entire car. Made me wonder what else wasn't cleaned that I couldn't see. To their credit they came back to clean the smoothie mess for free. Everyone deserves 2nd chances, so I booked them again recently. We texted about an agreed-upon time later in the week. My appointment day/time comes (and goes) and I've heard nothing from them. 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time I get a text saying that his current car is taking too long bc his partner is sick, that he was trying to squeeze me in (news to me), & can we reschedule. This is something that should've been communicated prior to the appointment time out of courtesy for other people's time. How rude & unprofessional. read more
