This is a new facility and I've used it a few times. Every time I go, there's an attendant at the entrance to the car wash and ask you if you need their help and usually I say sure. Today was a little bit different. The attendant was talking to another attendant, and I rolled up to the car wash, selecting machine and was working my way through the automated screen to pick my car wash and he came over and kind of shoved my hand out of the way. I said I think I've got it. He said no you don't. And then proceeded to pick out the car wash for me that I wanted. I guess you could hook this up to good customer service, but it was the approach that he used in the attitude that really threw me off. My response to him was "you know, if you let your customers do this themselves we could probably just figure it out. His response was you were doing it wrong and this is my job. If you have a problem, you can go talk to the management. He sort of escalated the situation belittled me while he was doing it and so my response was I think you're not giving me very good customer service. I don't really wanna talk to you about it anymore. I'll just finish this on my own to what she said it's ready for you to tap your card. Then he started giving me a lecture about how I was being a rude customer. But I snapped back at him and shouldn't have. In all honesty my response to people when they're rude to me is pretty rude back. I don't try to sugarcoat it. There's a very similar car wash on tenant that doesn't have a guy outside arguing with you about pushing the touchscreen button and I think I will be going there from now on. I think maybe the management team should really coach their employees on Customer Service and etiquette. read more

Found a new car wash that does a great job. You enter and they have you pay at the station. There are attendants who will guide you and all you do is put your car in neutral and go through. My car came out really clean. When you exit the wash, turn to the right to the vacuuming area. You can vacuum yourself and attendants will wipe down your car. Overall it was a fast and my car came out really clean and shiny. Recommend! read more

Absolutely terrible experience and even worse management. I brought my car here for a simple wash, and the pressure from their machines was so strong it completely broke off my left side mirror. The sponge arm literally ripped it off right in front of me. At first, the manager Karla assured me they would cover the damage. She took photos, documented everything, and said their insurance company would handle it. I left thinking at least they were going to make things right. But a few days later, I got a call saying they were denying any responsibility and that I'd have to pay for the repairs myself. They completely backtracked and lied about their commitment to cover the damage. This place is poorly managed and takes zero accountability for the damage their equipment causes. Avoid this car wash at all costs--the risk is not worth it. They will damage your car and leave you on the hook for it. read more

Went here for a quick was and dry. I don't have many reviews for self care washes, however.. Daniel Martinelli cane through to dry the car tried getting me moving which was a great touch. Even though I come prepared for the car wash I tipped anyway. The effort, the no crazy expectation from me just a hard working person doing that grind. Daniel, thanks for your help. A friend of mine had just signed up for the unlimited wash service and said that they also said cars would also be dried after the wash. I went to the car wash and talked with the manager who signed me up for an unlimited plan again with hand drying after each wash. The first visit that day was good with someone drying the car. The second week I went in and the automatic license plate reader was not working so I had to wait for someone to come out of the office and let me in. After the wash a kid barely ran towel over the car, left water all over including the hood so I finished the job. The third visit was today, again the license plate reader wasn't working and there was no one to dry cars. I asked to speak to the manager who said that they only dry cars if they have enough people on site (2 workers were just standing around) and that they only dry 25% of the car. I told him that that was not what he told me when he signed me up. He said that he didn't have to. When I told him that was dishonest he just shrugged his shoulders. MH does not need businesses like this! read more

Annoying to have paid for unlimited for a few months now, now I've rarely used it. Then I come here, and they can't cancel? Can't do the most basic thing for someone who's spent $100+ at their business? Couldn't cancel a single account? It's a manipulative business tactic to make cancelling harder which is why they do this. See through it. Their vacuums also suck. Do yourself the best favor and go to any car wash besides this one. I took advantage of their sale, which offered $5 for the first month of unlimited washes. The staff was friendly every time I stopped by. Once, even with my children having a hard time standing still, a gentleman gave them lollipops, which was a lifesaver! We just moved to the area and have been trying out car washes to see where we may want a membership. I have been here 4 times so far and each time I am in awe of their service. I really was caught by surprise how helpful the staff are here. They make you feel like they have been preparing for your arrival and they give you the feeling like they know you. After being so kindly greeted at the pay station I was ushered with a smile to the carwash drive thru. Afterwards 3 staff smiled and waved me on to a parking spot where they dried my car with lightning speed. The staff member, Anthony, politely then asked if I would like him to fill my windshield washer fluid while I waited. On top of their quality service, they have great value and are very reasonably priced. They have a new member here. I will recommend them to everyone! read more

Excellent new car wash option in Morgan HIll. Superb wash and they hand dry any remaining water that gets passed the blow dry cycle. They also top of your windshield washer fluid, how cool is that. The vacuum is very strong and the perfect antidote to my border collies near impossible to eradicate hair. You are in an out in less than 10 minutes. Would be great is they provided a dash wipe and car scent like QuickQuack. The best thing about this place is that they have done an excellent job hiring sweet and hard working young people that make the entire experience enjoyable. I signed up for the ceramic plan for all 4 of my families vehicles and excellent value. Highly recommend! read more

Customer service by the managerr Shyn is horrible, no accountability when your new car gets scratched by the carwash. I filed a complaint and no one wants to talk about a resolution. Shyn told me its my problem. This carwash doesn't not seem to be a stay up respectable place of business. I have emailed since 8/20/25 it happened, told to file a claim by Lizeth Guzman the customer rep manager. I filed Sept. 11, 2025. Nothing has been done except me send a mass amount of emails trying to just speak to someone. read more

I was visiting a friend in Morgan Hill and drove by Blue Wave. Stopped to wash my car and was surprised by a free car wash. This outfit is organized, clean and efficient. The process was super quick and Dominique did the last finishing touches. He was thorough, but most importantly, he was cordial and provided great costumer service. I wanted to get my car washed here and my brother in law and I pulled in to ask the attendant outside how it works since we have never been here before. We were met with some person managing the outside yelling at us to stop and park. We explained to him that we just wanted to ask him a question since we've never been here. And the guy yelled at us to park because we were holding up the line. I turned around and there were absolutely no cars behind us. We ended up parking and the guy came up to us and was like I just didn't want you guys to get hit by the cars. I looked at my brother in law and told him there were no cars behind us at all. My brother in law told the guy that we just wanted to ask how this worked since we just wanted to clean the outside. The guy replied with saying that he has no idea, that he just manages the outside. My brother in law said oh no worries we just didn't know if we pay first and then go through or if we pay after. And then the guy was like oh yeah I think you pay first and then go in. I just interrupted and told my brother in law let's just go we're not giving them our service. The guys demeanor went from being rude and vague to being nice and telling us oh actually I can help you guys. So once he heard we weren't giving our service that's when he changed his tone of voice. We left. Absolutely no way we were going to give our service to a place who was so rude to us. I recommend going to other places and not here. read more
