Rob was able to offer the best deal and I felt so confident in him, that I switched lenders and was able to close our loan in time. The communication was poor and we were switched around to a couple of loan officers in the process. We were told that our rate would be floated to hopefully get it down at least half a point however the loan officer did not keep communication with me through this process and the rate reduction did not happen as they said it would. In addition, our closing documents were not given to us until the day before the closing so we did not know how much we would be bringing to the table until the day prior. Unprofessional at best. We will be refinancing elsewhere as soon as we are able. This was a disappointing experience.
