It was like being back with my abusive parent again and having to tiptoe around one of their miserable moods. Then when I called the office to tell them the instructor was miserable the woman I spoke to interrupted me and started talking over me. I don't care how long he's been with your guys. That's not how you treat people. He did drive me home at the end of it. But I would have much rather he just treated me like a human being and left me at the meet up point, than treating me like garbage the whole time and then trying to make up for it later. After looking through everything, I was impressed at how the material was presented and the study guide was written in an easy to follow and understand format. I am learning things about dog and puppy behavior that I never knew, and now I am gaining an understanding of why my dog is the way he is and what makes him who he is!
