I am a big fan of Primos. However I could not believe what I got when I got home. Hardly and lettuce on the hoagie, very little tomato. The cheapest part of the hoagie and they are skimping. See my picture that I had added. I will go to another location from now on.

Sandwich was not good - workers didn't understand what I meant when I asked for it toasted like a grinder. Service not good.

This appetizer was more like a salad, and since my meal also came with a salad, I would have ordered something different had it been described that way. The waitress then brought out fresh baked bread with an olive oil dip. The bread melted in your mouth and the dip had ground olives in it, elevating the oil's flavor. For my main I ordered the shrimp and bay scallop risotto. It was a white wine risotto that definitely had some parmesean in there. Beyond the scallops and shrimp, there were peas as well as some basil oil drizzled on top. The scallops were tender, and the dish had good flavor. In my opinion, it was a run of the mill risotto with shrimp and scallops. A safe choice prepared well. I went on a Wednesday around 4:30pm and the entire time I was the only one dining in the restaurant. On the flip side, I have been here on a Saturday around the same time, and you can't get a table without a 40min wait. If you like crowds, this place is bustling on the weekends. If you are looking for a quieter night, try it on a weekday. Right now rated a 7.3 on my Beli. Not a bad spot, but not one of my top recommendations.

We had the vegan no cheese pizza which is hard to find in the Allentown area. It was so fresh and flavorful. We also had the cheese pie with pancetta and the cheese pie with sausage. They were great. Nice crust, perfect NY style thickness. I had the pressed hot sausage and broccoli rabe sandwich - the rabe tender rippini and sausage were toasted and cooked perfectly. The only thing it could use is a slice of melted provolone cheese which I'm sure I could have ordered. Also, pls no added salt. Excellent Peroni beer served in a Peroni brew slender glass - a nice touch. Nothing is worse than a high end beer in a generic glass. Next time I'm going to try the pasta, all the reviews were from 10 years ago. I'm sure it will be excellent. Thanks Gio and his wife for such wonderful food. Highly recommended. GO!

Our meals were served without the proper utensils, and both appetizers were missing the bread that should have accompanied them. The employees stood in the back talking loudly instead of addressing the visibly dirty walls and overall cleanliness. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit to this chain.

The wings were $1 a wing on Thursday only, which I felt was a good deal, however the bartender said that starting next Thursday that deal would no longer be available. Also got the meatball sliders and stuffed pepper each for $5. The pepper was pretty spicy. Both were ok, but nothing compared to their old offering of their giant meatballs with ricotta and bread for the same price. They had 2 flatbreads on the happy hour menu as well. Both contained toppings that neither my wife nor I were interested in. I asked if we could just have a flatbread without those toppings (essentially plain) and was told no because there was no way they could ring it up. If I wanted the plain I would need to pay full price. They also ran out of Pepsi, Pinot Grigio, and Micheliob Ultra. The happy hour bottled beers were all $5 where were also a few dollars more than previous and there was only one draft beer that qualified for that price. Finally, the TV behind the bar was turned to a religious show instead of your standard ESPN etc. Overall it wasn't a bad experience, just not as good as it once was.
