Millcreek Pizza is a local spot with some strengths, but there are several areas in need of attention to create a better overall experience. Starting with the food, the kids enjoyed the pizza, which is a definite plus. However, the dough fell flat--literally. It lacked the airiness of a good fermented crust and had no bubbles or holes, making it dense, like a baking soda dough (which I'm sure it wasn't). The salad with chicken was fresh and flavorful, and the chicken Parmesan sandwich featured good-quality chicken, though the portion was disappointingly small for the price. Half of the sub had hardly any chicken in it. I went home hungry. The service is counter-style--you order at the counter, and the staff brings your food to the table. While the employees were polite and offered a kind thank you as we left, there were no smiles or warmth upon entering, and the lack of uniforms (everyone wore random street clothes) made the operation feel less professional. The dining space itself is where things fall short. The booths are in terrible condition--uncomfortable and visibly deteriorating. Our table was wobbly, adding to the frustration. The condiment holders (oregano, peppers, garlic powder, etc.) weren't clean, which isn't a great look for a restaurant. The bathroom was clean, but had a empty paper towel dispenser and a slow, dated worn-looking hand dryer that looked like it was picked up in a flea market. On the bright side, the food came out quickly, which is always a plus. However, the numerous small issues--from unclean condiment holders to worn-out furniture and the other things mentioned--add up to an experience that feels neglected. Millcreek Pizza has potential, especially with its kid-approved pizza and quick service, but it's clear that details are being overlooked. With improvements in cleanliness, professionalism, and overall upkeep, it could become a much more enjoyable place to eat. For now, it's an okay stop, but there's definite room for improvement. read more

I called up to order two pies for delivery and the lady entered my address and was fine to continue my order but a gentleman in the back said "I never heard of that address" then they put me on hold and claimed " you're out of the delivery range which is 5 miles" I'm 2.5 miles away from them and called back to let them know I'm in the delivery range. The lady responded back "okay". I've ate here before and never wrote a review about any place ever. My coworkers and I eat there very often and will now definitely start sending my business somewhere else. read more

Never again unless no other place is open. Ordered a cheesesteak tonight with extra meat (if I did get extra I feel bad if you don't order extra). Definitely didn't get extra meat. Soggy bun & drenched in grease to the point the bun was split and falling apart when it arrived.. It's not a 'Philly' cheesesteak so I got the sauce. Not really, just a little, and little cheese. Small, clean pizza shop in Trexlertown Walmart shopping center. Salad with housemade Caesar dressing was delicious. Enjoyed salad with flame grilled cheeseburger and soda. Cheese pizza was really good. Friend did not care for sausage pizza. Housemade cannolis were good. read more

Absolutely Pitiful! Every order screwed up from everyone that has owned this place. We have had it!. RUN FROM THIS PLACE! USE MY EXPERIENCES OF THIS PLACE! Never again. When it was Vinnys, it was burnt Pizza. Forgotten deliveries, very late deliveries (over 2 hrs late!) Screwed up orders. From wrong items to wrong toppings. Hot peppers and someone's steak sand who has bowel problems! Now mill creek can't get any order right. And it's the same exact issues all over again. Some orders were so wrong, the only thing close was that there was four long sandwiches. What they were was not even close to what we ordered! Now for the most shocking of all? Rotten salami in hoagies! Yes ROTTEN! Ordered 2 hoagies with oil and vinegar on the side and a ravioli dinner. This was at 7 pm. For once the order was gotten right. We pick it up. We had to. It was 45min-1hr. delivery, and we all know that with this place. The order was for one to eat the ravioli and one to eat a half of hoagie that night. The other 3 half hoagies were to be kept for lunches the next day.(hence o&v on the side). While eating the hoagie the person stated it didn't taste right and said something in the meats didn't taste right but she also had a cold and attributed it to that. Low and behold, next day we were all at work and blowing up each other's phones asking each other if their hoagies tasted right. Each were saying they tasted bad. I immediately got mine out and smelled it and it smelled so bad of old, rancid, spoiled lunchmeat! I opened mine and looked and there was brown salami. Not red or pink but brown. Weeks old Lunchmeat!. Bad smelling and bad tasting. No one can blame us. I am a stickler about refrigeration. They were immediately wrapped and refrigerated apon arrival and packed for lunches with the usual 6" x 6" x 1.5" ice gel block, as all lunches are in our house. As far as I'm concerned even if we left them out for a day, it would have never gotten to this point. I'm beginning to think this was intentional because any person that has made themselves at sandwich at any time in life would know the smell, the slimy feeling and could visually see it and know it wasn't right. And why is this? Supposedly they are so busy. Or is it the sheep thing, where you all follow everyone just because everyone else says so, like Starbucks because you just want to carry the cup. We started ordering lunch from Mill Creek Pizza a few weeks ago. They are always spot on with orders for delivery. The food is always good and exactly what we ordered. They have a "special gold" wing sauce which is outstanding. any sauce can be put on any chicken dish which is nice. the woman taking our order is always so courteous and reads our order back to ensure its correct. This is our new go to place for lunch at work. Give it a try. you will get hooked. also delivery is good timing and they try to package things appropriately as to being hot or cold. i mean who does that? common sense thoughtful business practices here! read more

My pregnant wife and I were driving home from New York and we both stopped in because I wanted a couple of slices on our way back home to Lancaster county. Because of the pregnancy, pizza is sometimes not desirable for her, so we first grabbed a soup at the local Panera before we came in and she was going to eat it while I ate the pizza I ordered and paid for. The manager had the nerve to come up to her and tell her she can't eat an outside meal there. And he did that while I got up to use the restroom, so I wasn't there to explain the situation. Also, there was no sign outside of the restaurant that stated or explained this rule. Very poor treatment and a complete lack of respect...even if she technically was violating a "rule" or "policy." A classic example of someone taking a policy too far at the expense of the customer and the reputation of the establishment. It gets worse. This may be tough to believe, but on my honor, this next part is true. My wife was diagnosed with a brain tumor less than a month ago. Emotions have been running high and it was a lot for me to hear when I returned from the restroom that the manager treated her so rudely. I calmly went up to the manager after my wife had told me why had happened and I said to him: "My wife is a pregnant woman with a brain tumor." His response: "She's not wearing a sign that says she's pregnant and has a brain tumor." I swear that is what he said back to me. The two girls working behind the counter near the cash register overheard this exchange. Shocked, my wife and I walked out, and I shouted back: "Remember this." I didn't expect to the manager to know that she was pregnant with a recently diagnosed brain tumor. How could anyone know that? But I told him that to make a point that you should never be rude to people, because you never know their backstory. I know this is a lengthy review that may seem unbelievable, but on my honor, this happened. I was shocked. To treat a couple like this deserves consequences. read more

First time ordering. Nice online menu. Placed order and AFTER checked out saw I was charged $1.50 "convenience fee". I just did all the work entering the order. I called and they said if you call and order no fee. How STUPID is this. She said it is there "service provider" that charges the fee. That is bull. I dined here a few weeks ago for the fourth time...I honestly can't remember if the pizza was good or bad...soooooo take that for what's it worth. The garlic knots though, are DELICIOUS! Another reviewer said they were different than the usual twisted doughy knot. They are plump, fluffy, and covered in a garlic oil. The first time I ordered them, I tool one look and thought I wouldn't be a fan. They come with a lighter red sauce that most definitely is not marina. I took one bite and was hooked! THE SAUCE IS THE KEY!!! I can't figure out what exactly it is, but it's delicious. The garlic knots are more like little rolls and I hope they never change the recipe. Though I think the food here is good, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Twice we have ordered take out and the food was wrong. The second time was a huge inconvenience, because we had ordered sandwiches to take to an event that didn't have any food. We discovered we were given the wrong sandwich after we got there (tuna!!), and my daughter refused to eat it. We ended up leaving the event early so that we could get her dinner. I brought the wrong sandwich back the next day, another inconvenience, and I got a curt, "what would you like me to do?" from the owner Beth. She gave me my money back and that was it. No apology whatsoever. I was so disgusted, I called when I got home pointing out that she didn't even apologize for their error. Only to get an insincere "I'm sorry" to placate me. That's it- no elaboration, no we could have handled this better, no I'm really sorry for the mixup, no I'm sorry for all the inconvenience, nothing. Not okay in any sense of the word.
