I was driving through Texas when multiple rocks hit my windshield. Luckily it didn't impair my driving or ability to see out the windshield and the cracks were visible from the inside and not the outside. Because of this I put off getting a new windshield for quite some time. I eventually asked the dealership about it during a routine maintenance check and it was going to cost a couple of thousand dollars and several days. I'm not one to post stuff like this , but come on guys... I took my hellcat to "wise guys" in Norman to have my windows tinted. The guy who put it on sucks. I called that day when I picked my car up at 4:45 pm. No one answered the phone ,so I called the next day and talked to the lady behind the desk. She told me to call her boss who I did,and texted him. I sent photos to the Facebook page that night to show them the places messed up. I was told by the owner that if I take it up there they will replaced the shitty window tint that they had put on it. The old window time was perfect(came from factory..) I understand someone can't warranty tint over told time because the old crap can get messed up,but if you put window tint on it and the new tint you JUST put on is messed up,cut to short,orrrrr has bubbles in it I think you should fix it.. When I took the car to be "fixed" on the tint they messed up ,the wouldn't fix anything but the front. Even though the sides had spots that were cut way to short. They did how ever fix a missing strip on my rear window by using a black marker,and cutting the weather stripping . Thanks KENNY from wise guys auto glass window tint and dent . You made my 81k car look like a tweaked wanted to do his own window tint. Traveling to Norman from out of town and needed windshield replaced. They were able to fit me. During my trip and got it done within 1.5 hours. Two days later it rained, I noticed that there were problems with my wiper blades. In addition to this, they left a piece of a broken razor or exacto blade on my floors. Sloppy work. Bought a new vehicle and the front roll up windows were untinted. Decided to get them done and the price at Wise Guys was very reasonable. Made an appointment and they got me in on time. Took less than an hour to get them done. Tint matches the factory windows almost perfectly. Once the tint cured(?) out the finish is perfect. No wrinkles or bubbles and best of all, crystal clear! I had my windshield replaced and tint stripped on my car and for the tint strip I originally called 3-4 weeks beforehand and when I talked to them over the phone they quoted me at $70 for a strip but they said they had a deal for a strip and retint for $50 so I went with that, they said we're booked all week when I called on a Tuesday and weren't able to do an appointment until Monday. I made an appointment and showed up Monday only to be told they don't have an appointment for me and it would definitely not be at the price quoted. When I asked when the nearest appointment they could do they told me next Monday! I was ready to give up at that point but I talked to the manager and we thought we had everything squared away with price and scope of work. I got here on Monday and everything went well with checking in but when I got there to pay they quoted me for $50 over the original agreed upon price! As if that wasn't bad enough my gearshift and back of the car was covered with the remains of the tint job and my car was left in accessory mode, it's a miracle the battery wasn't dead. Just to clarify as well this was only to strip the tint at this point, Very unprofessional and I will not be coming back. That being said credit where credit is due, when I got my windshield repaired from here 0-1 week earlier everything was cordial and it worked great. Unfortunately though this experience left a really bad taste in my mouth, which sucks because this place was one of the few car repair places nearby. Will Never Do Business or Recommend anyone to do business with the Rude Boss man! Made an appointment on May 7th to have the back windshield replaced. Dropped it off at 9 on May 20th went to pick it up at 5. They DID NOTHING BUT REMOVE THE TEMPORARY PLASTIC COVERING!!!! I don't like being told by the manager or owner not sure who he was but I deserved to have them do what I was told, what I expected, what I waited 15 days for!!!!!!???? His excuse is unacceptable..... I had an appointment!!!! His responsibility Was To Keep my car ALL DAY and install a windshield... Anything Less is Pathetic!!! I try to use local and independent businesses when possible. I have decided to start canceling Businesses that appear no longer attempt to show customer respect. I have used Wise Guys on two other occasions . I got a quote to fix a dent in the hood on my 2019 Ford F 150 as a result of our local Blanchard Car wash. The appointment was made for 10:00, Thursday 04/29/2021. I received a call from this shop to confirm my 10:00 appoint the afternoon before. I confirmed. My wife arranged her schedule to accommodate me for a ride while the work was performed. I showed up at the business at 9:45 to check in. Little did I know that a major hail storm had hit Norman the night before. The lot was full. I waited my turn in line. One of the older associates asked "Why I was I there, for a windshield? " I stated no but I had10:00 appointment to fix my dent. He abruptly me that the shop was not fixing dents and that the broken windshields had priority. He said that I would need to call and reschedule my appointment. He then proceeded to act as if I was not there and continued to wait on the next customer. Okay, I am old enough and can understand that there are priorities ahead of me. But please understand that I did business with you during the slow times when there was not hail damage and a pandemic. I have no problem having people in need to get service ahead of me. Also at any other time I would be absolutely grateful to reschedule my appointment. However after being dismissed by this gentleman as a minuscule customer that did not fit into his standard this morning, no courtesy call to me to explain or ask me to possibly reschedule, which I would have been happy to do, especially since they made a call to me yesterday to assure them of the revenue I was providing, it seems that I was important then and they were nice. A completely different, inconsiderate, and rude tone this morning after I drove 30 miles to do business with him. I rescheduled with another vendor, Seth Wadley Ford in Paul's Valley, for less than half the cost. I suggest not to use Wise Guys for any auto glass or dent repair. I came in to get my car because they said it was ready. Then, they tell me they missed some. I waited 2 hours while they kept telling me 15 minutes. The waiting room was nice and warm (it was a cold day!), and the guy left me the TV remote so I could change the channel! I simply dropped my car off before work at 8:45 and picked it up at 5pm. They didn't try to charge me one cent more than they quoted and they did a great job! They helped me know how to preserve my windshield so it doesn't break after the replacement. They also give a life time free chip repair services to a replaced window! Don't go here for window tint. I had my car windows tinted in August 2015. They left specks of dirt and lint under the tint. And several places where the tint was pinched together to make a line. I went back a week later and showed them. They assured me that in the 4-6 week timeframe everything would disappear. Well, 6 weeks later it was the same. Then they told me some dirt and lint under the tint was par for the course when it comes to window tinting. They were shocked that I made them redo the car windows. Now they have all kinds of bubbles in them. We'll see if that disappears in 4-6 weeks. I've had windows tinted at other businesses and they never had bubbles under the tint.
