Interesting the Branch Manager did not know services offered at his own branch. Several branch employees just whispered among themselves about my request. And one branch employee had no professionalism to speak to us. She even ignored her own staff as they were asking her questions about the Triptik service. Asked for alternatives and proceeded to get lecture on why this policy is in place by a guy that sounded as if he has maybe all of 20 years old. They want to continue billing him through his bank. I see other negative reviews here that have no response. As a business owner I would be concerned. Apparently Ms Rojas is not.
