Just immediately elbows and knees in my body (I did not book deep tissue). After 20 minutes I had to speak up. It then changed to rubbing oil on me and stretching. The massage does not start at 10 and was over by 1120. So I paid for 1.5hrs and received 1. The two stars is for the expansion of bathhouse Williamsburg and the additional space. There's still so much wrong with the process. Check in was a cluster f*ck. The lockers don't work properly and there seems to never be anyone to help. There was one tall gentleman who was working hard the entire time who deserves a raise.
