However, unfortunately, I've been deeply dissatisfied both times I've received Botox treatments from this company. As a professional model, appearance is critical to my work, and the results I've received have negatively affected my opportunities. After my most recent visit, I had to return twice for corrections, and even now, the results still don't look quite right. That lag time in getting things fixed meant I had to miss out on jobs--and in my line of work, timing and appearance are everything. My main concern is the reliance on their AI-driven injection mapping system. While I understand the concept behind it, in practice, it just hasn't delivered the precision or results I expect. The fact that you can't schedule with your preferred injector or even choose someone with more experience makes the process feel impersonal and inconsistent. Both times I've left feeling disappointed, and I truly believe that the over-reliance on AI, along with the inability to build trust with a consistent injector, is the reason why. Went for Botox May 23. Received touch up 2 weeks later as suggested. Loved the results... and then.. 2 weeks later... one month after receiving treatment for the first time, I was washing my face and noticed upon touching my forehead, my forehead would completely spazz out, leaving my face involuntarily stuck in a frown before eventually relaxing after a few minutes. I was horrified... I touched my forehead again... one eyebrow froze higher than the other, before eventually relaxing after a few minutes. WTF??? I googled it. Seems like the injector (Christine) failed to inject all areas appropriately, resulting in involuntary spasms. I wrote peachy and expressed concern, they seemed attentive and booked me for a visit. At the appointment, the injector basically told me I was crazy (Sarah A in Williamsburg). Apparently this is completely normal LOL!!! (Except it's absolutely not normal) and she said that the Botox was wearing off and I could pay for another treatment. Uhmmmm Ok Sarah A.... I got a touch up 2 weeks prior and the initial treatment one month ago?????? Wearing off?????!!!! She told me if I want the results gone sooner I should go in a sauna or do more cardio. Ahhahahahaha. Why would I want the results gone????? I paid 400 dollars 4 weeks ago for something that's intended to last months and not intended to leave your face lopsided. Hear me when I say this, Peachy: WHEN I AM IN PUBLIC IF I TOUCH MY FACE IT GETS STUCK IN A FROWN. THIS IS NOT NORMAL AND YOU SHOULD HAVE TRIED TO RESOLVE IT RATHER THAN TRYING TO SELL ME ANOTHER TREATMENT. Not sure about any other location. But I've had two bad experiences at the Williamsburg location. On your first appointment they are very nice and welcoming but if you want a touch up which it's included, don't expect good service. Twice I've had a bad experience. First time I got there at 8:45am for a 9 am appointment and they gave me an attitude for being early. Second time the nurse wanted to rush me out so fast, that told me I didn't have to ice. Mind you I had blood all over, as I stopped at a local coffee shop and barista told me I was bleeding in my forehead. Usually they let you stay for a couple minutes to ice. I love Peachy! I've been the the soho location and was so excited for them to open a Williamsburg location since I live in Brooklyn. So much closer to me. This location is so cute! The receptionist was super friendly and took my photos. After a short wait, Liana called in and bought me into a room. She bought me an ice pack for my forehead before we started. We discussed how my last treatment was. I showed her photos of where I wanted just a little more and she updated the amount of units just slightly. Of course, if you're decided you want more later, wait 2 weeks and come back for a free touch up! Most common questions I get from first timers... people always ask me if it hurts, it doesn't. It's a pinch and that's it. A little bleeding but no pain. No drinking or working out for 24 hours. You'll see results after 3-5 days! It's quick! Then a few months ago when I went in the nurse said actually if you want Botox it's $575 but you can get these other random brands for $425. I asked why they hadn't contacted me when the change came in and she said the business wanted the nurses to explain it themselves ie they wanted their employees to deal with the complaints. Still months later they are sharing vids that say Botox $425! And social media posts but when you click through about 5 stages of the website you can see it's not actually Botox. I got Botox for the first time in mid august. I was very nervous especially as I have hooded eyes. The nurse practitioner was very nice. They used software to assist in the best places to do injections, but the NP suggested two extra injections under my eyebrows. They kept expectations low as to results for longstanding forehead lines, but I am very pleased with the results and think they are better than expected.
