I had heard that cat's eye manicures were very time-consuming, but my manicure was started simultaneously with the pedicure, enabling me to be on my way in under an hour and a half. I couldn't be more pleased with my standard pedicure and impeccable cat's eye manicure by Cindy, the manager. I also appreciated the drying fans for toes installed at the manicure stations, which sped up the drying process and allowed me to leave without smudging any toes. I highly recommend this salon.

Clearly the owner treats people differently based on the way that they book because she's usually extremely nice. When I walked in the door today, the owner didn't even look up from who she was helping. I told her I had an appointment and I suppose she might know that because it's at 7:15pm and it was 7:05 when I arrived. It took her 5 minutes to even tell me to have a seat near a manicure station, just since the lounge was taken. I asked to leave to go get a meal since I rushed over from my second job and came back and still waited over 40 minutes to be assisted WITH an appointment. She probably will do a bad job once I get to her as well, if she happens to read this prior to assisting me. Since it's close to end of day, she's overbooked and rushing, I understand you are busy, but you should be kind to every client who walks in your door and greet them with care irregardless of how they book. How do you know I was not going to add on a massage or give a huge tip? You don't. This is a place I won't be going back to, and she is clearly doing so well that she doesn't care about people who book on classpass. Thanks for the long wait. I was taken care of right away, and asked for a gel manicure ($30). They have a generous selection of colors to choose from, and opted for a very light, airy pink, #177. The overall process wasn't too involved, but my technician was very careful, and really tried to make sure she cleaned my cuticles well. The process was standard at best and no surprises either. I was in and out in all of 20-25 minutes tops. Overall, I am happy with the color and my nails being all filed and cleaned up, however, I did notice some indents on my top coat on 2-3 nails that's noticeable if you look up close. This minor flaw wouldn't prevent me from coming back. The place is immaculately CLEAN and the pedicure station did look inviting; I might have to get my gel pedicure here in a week or two for the upcoming wedding I'll be attending. Note: If you use the ATM like I did, my bank charged me $2.99 for the transaction, so be sure to get your cash before coming in!
