Despite ongoing issues with over-ratio classrooms and understaffed mornings, nothing ever seems to change. When these concerns were brought up, the director was dismissive and unresponsive. It's clear that the management's priorities are not in the right place, and it creates a very unsafe and unprofessional environment for the kids. I cannot recommend this daycare to anyone who values their child's safety and care. The only positive aspect of this daycare is Robin, the one staff member who truly cares about the children and goes above and beyond. Robin is wonderful and does her best despite the challenging circumstances, but it's unfair that she's left to handle everything on her own. The daycare is severely understaffed, with poor management that doesn't seem to care about the kids or support their staff. While Robin is fantastic, she deserves better, and so do the children. Every time I've interacted with the front staff at this daycare, it's been a frustrating experience. They consistently have bad attitudes, and I've caught them lying straight to my face on multiple occasions. It's clear that they have no interest in addressing concerns or providing accurate information. Their unprofessional behavior only adds to the already poor management and staffing issues at this facility. It's incredibly disappointing, especially when you're trusting them with your child's care. There is no rating this place !!!!!

I waited a few months after enrolling my daughter into a new daycare to provide a fair review…read more Where to begin? There were several unacceptable moments at this daycare and yet I still trusted my daughter to them. 1. As an infant a teacher fell with my daughter in her arms. I wasn't advised I had a couple days to request to view the cameras. They never called an ambulance they just said she was fine. I kick myself in the butt for never taking this further and reporting them. 2. There was a teacher named Jasmine that an incident happen with and they let her go. 3. There was an incident where I arrived to be told my daughter ran into another child face to face collision and she had a huge knot on her forehead. No medical care was provided, I was notified by a teacher that wasn't even in the room or witness to the incident. The teacher caring for her supposedly never noticed or witnessed anything. Laughable, 2 children colliding hard enough to create a big knot on my daughter's forehead would have caused them to both cry. Nonetheless, no one was aware she had a head injury therefore if she would have suffered any symptoms after the fact or even died no one was aware of what occurred until I was notified at pick up and I sent an email out to them addressing that incident and how it was not okay. That's when they expressed they had no idea what had happened until they had to sign the paper notice I signed at pick up. 4. Children biting all the time and no one correcting that behavior. After my daughter was bit a few times she tried to start biting and I correct that behavior immediately. 5. Many other incident and situations occurred, but my last straw was Ms. Lee psychologically impacting my child and forcing her to put her shoes on when my child couldn't. What's worse is I supply shoes without shoe laces and the best part is I was watching the cameras right when this was happening. It lasted minutes not seconds, she proceeded to have my child crying while my child sat on the floor, Ms. Lee was inches from her face saying "God knows what". My daughter's legs were out with knees slightly bent and Ms. Lee decided to press her knee down (continued saying things) and forcing her to get her shoes and put them on. That was it, I had enough and had her removed for the room and made the decision to seek care elsewhere. This daycare is not a daycare, they don't have curriculums, they keep the older kids outside for hours even with extreme heat. They don't have any type of system to teach children consistency, potty training, nor any type of developmental curriculum. This is more like a nanny service, drop off your child, hope for the best and be met with you're just a nagging parent. I made a mistake to trust this place because my older son went to a children's courtyard in Grand Prairie and they were phenomenal. But this location only cares about money and doing the bare minimum. I'm happy to say that my daughter is at a new daycare center (different company) and it has been a success. My daughter has learned and experienced many amazing things and is fully potty trained. This happened in less than 6 months. The curriculum at this new school is high standard, she has done amazing activities, experienced diverse cultures. They don't spend hours outside (especially with it being cold). There is consistency and an actual curriculum with actual learning. Do no waste your money and time at this location, do not regret giving one opportunity after another for them to do right and also, do not have children ages 2-3 and older on the right side of the school (when you enter all rooms to the right), because the teachers yell at the children and they also use profanity. Yes, saying stupid, dumb, or worse profanity is profanity and unacceptable language. Lastly, it got so bad on the right side with Ms. Lee my child was crying on our way to daycare, and when we turned the corner to her classroom she would run back towards the entrance and cry that she didn't want to stay and how Ms. Lee treated her some way. Listen to your child, when they cry in your car driving to daycare (or any location) when they express anxiety or fear to enter a classroom and their facial and physical expression change *huge red flag* do not ignore your child. I drew the line especially when I seen what I seen on camera and it was the best decision I could have made for my daughter that is now in a better place, physically, emotionally and more. I will say the issue begins with corporate, they need to be more involved in what is happening at this location, they need a better system, they need to invest more in actual curriculums and they need to stop covering up their mistakes, now they don't allow parents to see cameras, they review it themselves and then make a determination that is bias. Lastly, they do not offer water and they hardly eat the food supplied at the daycare. Your child will always be hungry and thirsty.

Ms.Jennifer, Ms. Janett are so amazing. I suppose management did their part in apologizing for the incident and follow their "protocols". But as a mother I cannot take my children somewhere where they are not safe or don't feel Safe and are scared of their teacher. I wish there was individual teacher reviews... Other than that daycare is clean and I enjoyed the cameras. Nikki and Kelly always greet you with a smile.

To think when I enrolled him here I only looked at this school as daycare while I worked but over time i realized this is true early learning center it's pretty much prek. My son hit 4 going on 5 and we had to make the bittersweet decision to move him on to elementary but he walked away knowing more and talking in full sentences than I would've ever imagined. He's learned numbers, colors, about states, countries, holidays, animals etc. If I could recommend anything to a new mom nearby it would be to put there child in this school! The…read morepatience shown to me as a new mom enrolling my daughter at 11 months of age during the high of the pandemic in December 2020 was indeed a blessing. I called several times a day. I would stop by and cry from separation anxiety, and the entire time iBloom handled me with such loving support and consideration. From calling me to give updates, sending updates and photos of Gabrielle through the app to let me know she was doing fantastic, and offering me a tissue when I had another emotional moment while watching my daughter on the camera in the lobby, they never dropped the ball or made me uncomfortable. In addition to my anxiety as a new mom during covid, we discovered that my daughter had a developmental delay at around 13 months of age. iBlooms directors Rashi and Richa, assistant director Maddison, and all four teachers immediately came together to accommodate my daughter upon me, making them aware. They welcomed my daughter's ECI therapist and me onto the premises one day a week for therapy. They provided a separate room for us to have her therapy session within the building. They required certification documentation, background check clearance, and my consent before the therapist could go beyond the second set of doors. This was an additional security step that I'm sure all other parents would appreciate. Speaking of security iBloom Montessori is a fully locked and secure premise. You must do more than just walk through the front doors. A code is required to entire the front door, and a signature is needed in the app for every pick-up and drop, which are all small things that would tremendously matter in an emergency. The few times I ran late ( 5-10mins) because of being stuck in traffic or the weather, I would call, and there was never an attitude. Instead, I was reassured that my daughter would be cared for until I arrived and asked to drive safely. iBloom also respected my religious beliefs and accommodated my daughter during the holiday activities, which made a huge difference for me. In closing, I will tell you that iBloom Montessori is the Chick-fil-a of the Montessori schools in Las Colinas regarding customer service! So quick to answer the phones, responsive to emails, considerate of all accommodations your child may need, and there will always be a smile on their faces. I genuinely wish I could give 6 starts. Thank you so much, iBloom Montessori!

I addressed my concerns of cleaness after noticing many times that my daughter's assigned crib was being used as storage. Sick babies were brought to daycare regardless how sick they were. Also, the items I brought for her were not being utilized for no valid reason. When I addressed my concern after my daughter had RSV and COVID and gave one month notice, Rumya(owner/managing for owner) asked me to give them another chance. When I went to drop off my daughter, daycare main teacher Anna, refused to speak to me. I told Nimmi, the director, how Anna treated me and would not speak to me. She told me to give Anna time and that she will come around. I left feeling very uncomfortable because I left my daughter in this person's care who doesn't wanted to interact me due to the concerns I had. When I went to pick her at the end of the day, my daughter was alone with Anna and she was crying a lot. The excuse that was given to me was that my just woke up from her nap. My daughter doesn't cry when she wakes up from nap and especially not the way she was crying. After returning home, I noticed 3 bright red marking on her legs. It was not from any toy. They looked like pinched marks and I believe it was a retaliation towards my daughter. I informed Rumya about this tue following. Rather than understanding the situation, I was told that I have trust issues and should not bring my daughter back. Now when requested for refund of deposit and remaining days a month before, I was told that I have to wait for the owner to be back in the country. Owner Vineeta Samir has clearly refused to talk to me about the issue and is not willing to return the deposit. I want all parents to know that if you see any marking on your child, report the daycare. Staff is nice before you encounter a real issue and then everything goes downhill. There are far better daycare who won't take deposit and would treat both child and parent better. Kindly consider those. Rockbrook Montessori run by Indians who practice Indian ways in the West and thinks they can get away with everything especially Rumya and Vineeta. Message for Anna...Physically abusing a child was a very wrong way of dealing a normal concern. I left my child in your care. Not for you to retaliate and harm my daughter. Message for Rumya...Your approach of dealing the situation was extremely wrong. If you want to burn your business then keep up the approach. As a parent, I hope you experience what I experienced at this daycare. Message for Vineeta....extremely disappointed. The way you spoke to me was unprofessional. Remember I am not your child/student. I am a mother of a child who was in your care. What is the reason for you not to return the deposit and a prior month payment? Are you so desperate to keep it?
