This lady should not have access to anyone's home since she does not care one bit about anything but money not people she is supposed to be helping. She even hung up the phone on me. Please, if you really care about your family, look for some other service. Rosly Kingsbury is the rudest most uneducated person I have ever spoken to, and she should not have a business trying to help anyone since she does not care.

Our family was placed at ease knowing we had BUWLC to take care of the little thing that can cause so much worry & take too much time. Groceries shopping, preparing food & assisting with feeding & much more. Keeping up with Dr. appointments & paying attention to little things like cleaning the house & setting up service calls. One thing I remember is BUWLC having a phone set up with big numbers so Grandma could see without any problem and pushing one number to call different family members when she needed. Sometime we just needed a vacation week and Grandma was taken care. We were placed at ease knowing every thing was in order. Lonestar's aid (Marci) and nurse (Dorothy) are exceptional. I would give them more stars if I could. They do an amazing job caring for my dad and have reduced my mom's stress enormously. We found Bethesda Gardens when we were looking for respite care for my Mom while we were out of town. A few months later, she requested that she go live there full time, due to the friends she met, the activities and the great food. Post COVID, my wife and I had to go back into the office and she was missing the companionship. We started her out in assisted living and she was very independent; but as her needs progressed, Bethesda had options, including the all-inclusive apartments that made the her care affordable. Once her memory declined, we were able to move her to Memory Care within the same community. My Mom enjoyed the activities, especially bingo. Once she moved to Memory Care, the activities aligned with dementia and gave them structure throughout the day. The staff members, including the directors, nurses, med-techs and caregivers, displayed an unmatched level of compassion and dedication. It was evident that they genuinely care for the residents and prioritize their well-being. They establish genuine relationships and strive to meet the unique needs of each individual. The caregivers go above and beyond to ensure that my Mom receives personalized attention, support, and a sense of belonging. They not only assist in daily activities, but also provide emotional support and companionship. It is evident that they genuinely care for the residents as if they were their own family members. Furthermore, the level of communication and transparency between the staff and families is exemplary. This fosters trust and reassurance for families, knowing that their loved ones are in capable hands. They were with us to the very end and gave comfort to my Mom as she transitioned to Heaven. This place is just ok. The staff is not great, but not super bad. It's the evening and weekend…read morestaff that are clueless as to how to take care of my mom. Wouldn't even put a band aid on her 2 separate occasions because they 'didn't have any orders for her'... whatever that means. The management SAYS they'll check on mom weekly but has never done it unless I asked them. My mom hates the food! She says nearly every meal is chicken-something. Watch your bills. Their billing system is horrible. My mom has heard several residents say the same thing and some have taken there loved ones out of there because of billing. It's hard to find a good assisted living place because there's a bit of a turn over rate in the staff. In the 3 years Mom's been there I've had several issues with incompetent hourly staff. Some are just there for a paycheck and it's obvious. Some are new to America and aren't as nice as us Texans If I wasn't afraid that I'd regret moving her to somewhere else, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I was having chronic problems with a pharmacy not ordering my medications and the manager of the Joshua Clinic (Margie) actually got ahold of the pharmacist and took care of a problem I hadn't been able to remedy (despite changing pharmacies a number of times). She's stepped in and helped when she didn't have to and went above and beyond! Granted, Dr. White is fabulous and the nurses do a great job as well, but it's wonderful to have a place where the whole team works together to make all aspects of the visit as pleasant as possible (for going to see a doctor). And I know that when something does go wrong---because no one/no system is perfect---they are quick to jump in and make it right.
