This company sells a great product. That's where it ends…read more The customer service we have had is terrible. We just placed our 3rd order, but the system leaves the customer in the dark and the service reps are not sympathetic. When I shop I want to know what I am paying per product, how similar products compare, and what my options are? Their method for ordering is to read item names (without weights, volume, size, or quantity) off a spreadsheet and check boxes. The sales rep seems to do all sorts of calculations in his head and then tells you when you've selected your total. This is a ridiculous concept. I asked for the information to be written down for me, and for his math to be explained. I even offered to make my own spreadsheet to help myself with information that he gave... he refused and told me it's company policy not to give that information out. I have contacted the company numerous times, and we still get the same experience. If you can deal with unhelpful people and stay sane, then deal with this company. I am not a happy customer, because I want to be an informed customer and that seems impossible with Greater Living Foods.

He told me if I come back another day, he'll be sure to put extra sauce on my cheesesteak, & I told him "you never have a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression," but we were both able to laugh about the situation. My rating is based upon the taste & presentation of the cheesesteak itself, as the amount of chipotle was just enough to tease my palate with how much better it could have been with that sauce on it. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and the portions were plentiful. It didn't look like a lot of food at first, but it actually was. Each dish came nicely packaged with garnish and utensils, racks and sternos were provided. Using the delivery service was a good idea, as it made things easy. Would definitely use Sweet Tee's again.
