If you enjoy eating at the Cheesecake Factory or Chili's or Olive Garden you will be very happy eating food from Wonder. It is a solid food experience. (Although I did not care for the escarole&artichoke. Woefully under-seasoned. The good thing about Wonderful is that they offer food from a "variety" of "different" "celebrity" restaurants. So if you want tacos and your wife wants Greek food or pizza, this is a good one stop one delivery charge. And another good thing is a wide variety of beverages and desserts and a children's menu. The truth of the matter is that they approached a bunch of famous chefs and licensed their names and then they dumbed down their menu so that they could make it fast and easy with competent kitchen staff as opposed to trained culinary professionals. I ordered the DiFara pizza. I have been to DiFara's pizza when the original guy was still alive trimming the basil from the plants on his window sill. This was not a DiFara pizza. As I type this that man is not just turning over in his grave he is whirling like a dervish. They were nice enough to include the instructions on the pizza box. It starts with 1 square pie shell. I don't think they use frozen pie shells at DiFaras. If you bought Air Jordans and thought you would play basketball like Micheal Jordan you are in for another disappointing experience. It took over 60 minutes to get our wings! Apparently there was some sort of mix up in the kitchen & while we were understanding, what threw us for a loop was that even though our wings were DELAYED, our server was hesitant to offer complimentary time in our karaoke room while we waited. Right at the 60-minute mark, he was quick to offer two options - our wings to go or a table in the dining room. In the end, we had to negotiate an extra hour in the karaoke room since our food took SO long to come out. When paying the check, we were surprised to see a charge for food we never ever received! I'm super disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us, when we were very understanding of their mix up. In my opinion, servers could use a lesson or two in customer service. Never in my time in hospitality, have I ever behaved in the way they did.

She speaks to customers with an attitude that lacks basic courtesy and customer service. No customer should feel like they're inconveniencing an employee by simply placing an order. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of leadership. The Black manager often appears more focused on having personal conversations and interacting with that employee than supervising the restaurant and assisting customers. As a customer, it's frustrating to stand waiting while management seems distracted instead of ensuring the business is running professionally. I would rather drive to another location than continue spending my money here. Customer service, accountability, and professionalism start with management, and unfortunately this location reflects the opposite. I hope the owner or district manager reads this review, identifies the employees described, and provides the coaching and leadership necessary to improve the customer experience. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of who they are.
