I opened the website this morning to see if Justin's was open, and out of curiosity read the reviews, nodding my head in agreement with each one, then I saw a couple of 1 * and I had to comment. What arrogance! Posting to make it better for everyone else, LOL, did you not see the rest of the posts? Everyone else is already more than satisfied, we LOVE Justin's et al, and are returning customers for life! 17 years ago my husband was my fiancé and an amateur gemologist we had gone to literally 45-50 shops looking at engagement rings, I was set on the past, present, future, I think it's timeless, budget was his department, he was set on his own specifications, cut, clarity, carat, no one wanted to do it his way, every jeweler insisted his vision was wrong, they said the design was designed the way it was for a reason, if you enlarge the side stones the center stone would look wrong, or less dramatic, or,or,or...., and they all tried to talk him out of it. When we walked into to Justin's they couldn't have been nicer, we browsed their cases, and chatted and they had no idea if we were going to purchase or not. They spent time with use, then my husband got down to business and asked to see loose stones. Very long story short, together they designed me the perfect ring I have proudly been wearing for 17 years, I get endless compliments on it, and on the rare occasion I stop in another Jewelry store out of our area, and have it cleaned, they always comment on the quality of the stones. We have been back over the years to have the diamonds cleaned and checked always at no cost, and we've always been back to buy what we were shopping for, a platinum chain, a pair of diamond hoop earrings, etc. We referred my mother in law who also purchased a diamond ring. Why would anyone want to go elsewhere, a lot of places have good prices, it's a competitive world, what you get for those prices, quality, customer sermakes Justin's fine Jeweler's head and shoulders above the rest. read more

I rarely give reviews unless the company and people (in this case family) are exceptional which is true in this case. My husband and I bought a wedding anniversary ring in a department store and I wanted to upgrade the center stone at the time. I went to the Downtown Fullerton Jewelry Market to shop not really knowing what I wanted and to ask questions and look. I met Gabriel and decided upon speaking and asking questions with him that this was the business where I wanted to spend my money. Gabriel took his time with me, allowed me to ask my questions, allowed me to make payments and explained the process of what was going to happen once I turned my ring in (he is a very patient man) once my payments were complete I turned in my ring to get my new center stone and I found out they were able to keep the smaller diamonds surrounding the center stone intact and was very happy. I then decided to change my band and upgrade this with bigger diamonds. Gabriel and I went through the process of explaining, me picking out what I wanted in my price range and gave me far beyond a fair credit amount for the band I was turning into them . They called me when the ring was ready and to my HUGE joy and surprise it was everything I wanted and MORE (the smile on Gabriels face was priceless). I will be back to purchase again and recommend this business and family to everyone. Everytime I look down and see my ring I smile and remember the story behind it! I recently worked with Kevin at Justin Jewelers, and the experience was excellent. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly understood the specifics of the diamond I was interested in. I placed my order understanding it would arrive within 3-4 weeks. When that window passed with no update, I reached out through their online system -- no response. I then sent a text and was told my ring was still being made. I waited two more weeks, and still received no shipping notification or FedEx tracking. I called the store directly for a follow-up, only to be told they had never actually made my ring. They offered a return and a gift as a resolution. I waited for the refund -- and again, no communication. No email, no confirmation, no follow-up. The refund eventually came through, but only after I had to chase it down myself. After more than a month of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and zero proactive communication, I was left with no ring and a very poor impression of how online customers are treated. In-store customers may have a different experience, but as an online buyer, I felt completely overlooked at every step of this process. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and order tracking for future customers.

Justin was our main person we worked with but we also spoke to Trisha (I believe it was her, I never got her name but it wasn't Elaine!). They were both very knowledgeable and very helpful. We loved their honesty and that they never tried to push anything on us. Really listened to what we were looking for and helped guide us on what would be best based on our needs. My husband ended up with a tungsten ring for his wedding band while I got a chevron band with small diamonds in 14k white gold. Their pricing is GREAT! We got quoted for a different band (with moissanite and 14k white gold) at another jeweler in the same hub this is located at, and it was almost double the cost. Sure the style was different but it was still a pave style band and NOT even lab diamonds! I ended up buying from North & South Jewelry since pricing was way better and I'd actually get lab grown diamonds. Upon receiving our bands, my husband felt something was wrong and contacted Justin via text and he was pretty responsive. He told him he could come by and make a swap if it was another band he preferred - but in the end he actually kept the band he ordered. We really appreciated that they offered this even though we saw it when we got home. Overall pretty happy with both our rings and very happy with the service they provided! Everyone was friendly and talked to you like a friend - never pushy and were very honest. Pricing is very fair and they offered to even clean my engagement ring (didn't buy this from them)! Highly recommend this place!
