The girls were able to get a few services -nails and toenails painted, facials, makeup and glitter... they played music and provided the vibes. The girls had a great time. They sit the kids in a car seat, they have screens with cartoons on it, there were also plenty of toys and my daughter loved it. We had a great experience every time, and would recommend it.

She's a bit older than your average child getting their first haircut, but i wanted the experience to be fun and memorable. I had heard great things of Pigtails and Crewcuts and decided to schedule with them. Schedueling was easy and I was able to do it online. I shceduled a first haircute package since it includes a picture. We arrived ther on time and were scheduled with Mrs Chi. She was very polite and consented my daughter when she selected a particular seat that was a bit inconvinient for Chi since my kid is tall. My daughter had lots of fun and was happy with her cute hairstyle with glitter on her hair. It took about 20 minutes or so and at the end, they let your child select a free toy from a toy chest which my daughter was pretty happy to select. Would come here again for a second haircut since it is resonably priced and daughter loved the experience.

Ours little guys wanted to play in the lobby after their hair appointments and it was hard getting them out. With all the fun colors and toys it's so fun. For the first hair cut they made it very special. Our little guy was so relaxed he sat still the entire hair cut. Both my boys have curly hair and they cut his hair exactly as I had wished. With the first haircut package you get a bagged lock of their hair, a certificate and a picture of the new haircut. It was a very special/memorable experience. Our older son is 6 1/2 and he has very curly hair. My husband started a haircut and couldn't finish since our son is adhd and struggles with sitting still. Our hairdresser manager to cut his hair with ease and it's probably the best haircut he's ever got. We loved our experience and look so forward to coming back.

And this place is super cute. I absolutely love the theming. It feels very clean, and it's so great for kids. She has a play area set up, iPads ready to go with kids shows and fun car vehicles to sit in for the haircut. She is excellent with the kids, getting them comfortable. My son is very emotional and gets nervous, and he loves going to see her. I really like the overall vibe of the place, and what's cool is they are offering party packages now. Playing with toys that were already on the table. While his Nintendo switch laid on the couch. Yes, my 7 year old placed down his electronic device to play with toys. So, when his turn comes up. He gets a comb out, hair cut (Ms. Melanie asked my husband and I what style and legit we wanted). He also gets a rinse after the hair cut. Which I had requested prior to coming in. My son has been seeing Ms. Melanie successfully for over 3 years. I remember being pregnant with my daughter when I would bring my son to visit Ms. Melanie. We love the space on so many levels. Mermaids having wall clock was cool. The entire themed wall was also a great touch. The interior is 100% accessible. If you need a ramp to access the sidewalk there is one to the right at the end of this building. Which was no problem with us, as my husband is in an electric wheelchair. We also received a first hair cut and picture and a trimming piece of my daughter's hair. From her first hair cut. My daughter had such a great experience, requested that we return to the kid salon the following day. We will definitely be back, not immediately like the next day lol, but definitely in a couple of weeks.
