After getting my hair washed, I showed the woman cutting my hair at least 5-6 selfies with my old hair. My request was simple. All I needed was a trim, no layers necessary. I literally just wanted to get my hair shortened. After she was done with my hair, it was clear that she cut it too short. I didn't say anything at the time because what was it going to do? My husband even tipped her. But imagine my SHOCK when I got home and got a closer look. Not only did she cut it too short but the front part of my hair was clearly shorter than the back. Nothing was even, not even the ends of my hair! Look at it!!! I was mortified. There is no fixing this except to let it grow out. It looks ridiculous in real life and is something you would expect a toddler to do to your hair if you handed them a pair of scissors. I've seen better at home haircuts done by people who aren't professionals. How am I supposed to go out looking like this??? I can't believe I paid money to get this hideous haircut, and even more surprised that this place is in business (with high ratings!!!). 4 1/2 stars? Highly recommend if you who want to walk out looking like you're on a brink of a mental breakdown. Fucking unbelievable.

The salon is always clean with good music.... And AC is wonderful (sometimes I just want to hangout there when it's hot outside). Interestingly enough, we cut 2 inches off my hair with long layers and my hair looks longer than before. I'm excited to see what's next for my hair in the coming months.

I have psoriasis and so sensitive skin is something I have to be very open about and because of this they, being my wonderful previous waxers, have had to use a different wax for me. Apparently this isn't even a thing with sugar waxing because it's already generally gentler and better for sensitive skin!!!! Okay honey!!! So call a b@&$! addicted because that's what I am!!!
