Princess Party Chicago has done a number of events and birthday parties that I have personally attended, and I was thoroughly impressed every time. Their characters always showed up looking amazing- the costumes look like they're straight out of the movie, and with acting & singing skills to match. The special birthday girl at the party looked so happy and genuine, it was no surprise that this company was the first on my list to recommend to friends, and personally use for my party. My niece especially loves Elsa and Anna, and between what I've seen in person and on their website verses competitors, their pricing and princesses have been by far the best. Kind of incredible how the quality of this business outshines the competition yet still charges the best price? I was highly pleased to hear the numbers upon calling to book. I learned while on the phone with a sweet, friendly lady named Sarah, that she was the actual owner! She does all of the booking and scheduling personally over the phone with all of her clients. That really said something to me about this business. The fact that the owner herself is personally dealing with all of the clients is really humbling. That's something I wish I saw from a lot of other businesses. She was very attentive, thorough, kind and made sure I knew the party I was getting would be the best. She promised top quality and definitely delivered. I was impressed with the booking process as well. I was able to pay over the phone and was immediately sent a receipt and notification saying the payment went through. I don't know about you but I find it frustrating when a business takes out the money at a random time I'm not sure of. This was quick and immediate- no scams no gimmicks. The customer service during the booking process was so easy to work with and made me feel very satisfied. I booked my party for a Saturday, and the Thursday before I received a follow up call from princess party Chicago to check on some details and let me know some last minute tips. It was Sarah again and it was very pleasant to speak to her. Good customer service is when they continually use your name, and she did just that. Very personable. She ran through what was going to happen at the party and that was really helpful. The day of my party, the manager that accompanies the princesses showed up at my door 5 minutes early. She let me know that the princesses were there and ready when I was! She asked of any preferences I had as far as where they would be face painting, etc. Very attentive! She even asked the birthday girl's name and how old she was turning so the princesses would be able to know when they talked with her. That was a really special touch! When the princesses walked up (right on time!) they were stunning. You always get worried that the quality may not be consistent, especially when you've been to as many parties as I have, but they have amazed me every time. They smiled the whole time and didn't make it seem like it was their job, but rather their pleasure to spend time with my niece and the sweet little girls at the party. They payed special attention to my niece and interacted with all the guests so everyone had a magical time! They crowned her a princess, and my niece adored it! She told me later how she felt so special and that all her friends got to see! They sang songs with the girls and they were incredible. Their voices were strong and sounded just like the characters! The live singing was definitely a highlight for my guests and I. They stayed in character the whole time! They had no clue what a tv was and they told all the children they had arrived by boat! They personally hand painted my niece and all of her friend's faces, and it was lovely. Picture time was a blast- the kids loved seeing the pictures of them and Elsa and Anna afterwards! The princesses even did ones with silly faces upon when I asked! They sang happy birthday to my niece with her cake, and called her by her name and "princess" the whole time. I had Ana and Elsa come to my daughter's birthday last month and I cannot tell you enough how wonderful this company is! The owner of the company, Sarah was so easy to talk to on the phone. She made this booking so effortless. She was so professional and I couldn't believe how affordable her prices were and how much each one-hour party included for my daughter and her friends. When the princesses arrived at my house, they had a manager accompany them. The manager was so professional and pleasant to work with. She knew EXACTLY what I wanted the princesses to do throughout the party. The manager made sure to keep the princess' duties organized and in a timely manner so they could get through all the activities without feeling rushed or slighted. They sung LIVE to each of the four songs they performed! The children at the party felt like they were in the presence of actual Disney World princesses and truly believed they were real. I cannot talk enough about the princesses themselves. They never broke character and they engaged all the children at the party. They even encouraged the children to sing along with them! The adults at the party kept telling me how much the princesses were like the actual characters from the movie. This business was the most professional princess party company I've ever worked with. We used their services for both my daughter's parties and they loved every part of it! Anna and Elsa captured the whole room's attention ( a room full of 5 year olds is very difficult to entertain!!) for the entire hour they were there! The singing was perfection, each girl sounded beautiful and they actually sing live instead of with a track. The ladies stayed in character the entire time and all the kids were absolutely enamored with them! We had Batman and Spider-Man for my other daughter's party, and the guys gave the kids temporary tattoos and did a combat lesson! My daughter's still play combat with their dad to this day! Every manager we have had is super professional, they shake your hand and introduce themselves before entering your home, and they are there to help you with whatever you need during the party! The owners and so helpful, even when I was a bit too needy with wanting my parties to be absolutely perfect. Sarah is such a sweet young woman and really cares about her business! Surprised to see many of the people we have worked with at events with Princess Party Chicago with their reviews in unrecommended! Weird! My wife and I own a local voice lesson studio and we have put on several shows for our young students using Princess Party Chicago! They are local, and are the best in the biz! The princesses even train with vocal teachers, and sing beautifully. The costumes are flawless, and they are the only company with managers who help make sure each event is awesome. We see them again and again at birthday parties of our friends and use them numerous times a year for our voice classes with the kiddos! Honestly better than even Disney world- these girls don't break character and their singing will blow your mind! Booking is very simple, and the owner is so fast on email! You can email them anytime or call too, and they are always helpful with suggestions or party information! They also have this awesome program for repeat customers where you always pay the original price even though their prices go up every year! This is by far the most wonderful Princess Company around, and seriously sets the bar so much higher than every other company around! I hired Anna and Elsa to come and visit my young girl voice class, as they were learning "Let It Go" for our class! The experience was amazing, and I continue to work with them now! As a voice instructor, I do not often see "princesses" from other companies ever sing live or sound good. These girls are all professionally trained to sing, and literally sing with a karaoke track! Its so magical and great for the kids! Their costumes are beautiful, and the girls look exactly like the characters! Their managers allow for them to never break character! The girls never broke character, they told the kids they did not know what a TV was, and the conversation about what a car and phone were so hilarious! The kids were in awe and still talk about it to this day! We are having Ariel come August 15th, and quite frankly cannot wait! By far the BEST Princess service available! Love LOVE them! I am on the committees for both Naperville's Walk to End Alzheimer's and Fox Valley's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and I reached out to the lovely woman of Princess Party Chicago to see if they would be able to volunteer their time to come to the walks as Disney Princesses for the kids attending. They were more than happy to come to both of my walks as Anna and Elsa from Frozen. Both Anna and Elsa were great interacting with the kids and taking pictures with everyone. I received so much positive feedback from their presence. They also never broke character. I heard one woman asking them if they were apart of the walk or hired to come and Elsa responded that they were from Arendelle. It was absolutely wonderful. I think it really added something for the participants at the walk and we loved having them there. I was so appreciative of how responsive they were to emails and how easy it was to plan. I am looking forward to having them come in years to come and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for characters for any party or event. read more

Here is what I posted on google review: I wanted to post a review after an event. I was reading up on them on Yelp and here. On yelp, all of their reviews are in the unrecommended page (which is really weird). Booking Process I hired them for an event 5 months before the event. First of all, their prices are competitive. I booked because they had a special for 90 minutes. I paid for everything upfront (it's their policy) and got an invoice and contract. The Thursday before the party, I got a confirmation email with all the details in it. THAT WAS AWESOME! I did not have to call and confirm since everything was done. Actual Event The characters WERE flawless. So beautiful. MOST important thing was that the kids LOVED it. My daughter wants to have another party again and I will be booking them regardless of price. Princess Party Chicago made my little ones so happy! My 7 year old is picky when it comes to characters, and we have seen a few questionable ones at baseball games over the summer. We first saw Anna and Elsa singing live and playing with a bunch of kids at an ice cream shop near us last year! What fun that was. We were so happy to see them again at our friend's birthday party, so we booked our own visit after that! The girls are unlike any other company. They look and sound identical to the characters, and they won't even break at all during their visits! We didn't even see them get out of a car or anything. They always send a helper with the girls who runs everything. Calling to book is super easy and the owner was really quick and helpful. I have used Princess Party Chicago at least 3 times. Sarah the owner is professional and always showed concern that the party and actresses met our needs and we were satisfied with the performance. A manager was sent for each party and they were always very professional. The Princess we have had, Rapunzel, Elsa and Anna, Aurora, Cinderella, Belle and Snow White have all been fabulous. Their costumes rival those I've seen at Disney World, they were beautiful and in perfect condition. The Princesses stayed in character the entire party and sang beautifully. The children at every one of our parties loved the Princesses and they were amazing with the children. At our last party one of the little girls said to her mom "I thought they would be people dressed up like a princess. I didn't know it would be the real Princesses!" I'm an actress at Princess Party Chicago, and my work experience has been nothing short of amazing. Our CEO, Sarah, is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Not only is she concerned with making sure she is sending out princesses that will make the costumer happy, but she wants her princesses to be happy as well. Sarah considers each of us her friends. Our costumes look like they were pulled straight from the movies, and I know I have never left a party where the parents/child were disappointed. I have used Princess Party Chicago for many birthday parties and children's tea parties. Princess Party Chicago exceeds my expectations every time! The gowns are gorgeous, the girls are fantastic with the kids and their voices are incredible! Each party has consisted of songs, story time, and face painting. They are so great with the children, my nieces (and even my nephew!) adore them. I love that they never break character (even when asked a thousand questions like "where do you live?" and "how did you get to the party?"). I have personally been to three house parties and one public event. They are the absolute best! Our house parties have been amazing. They never break character and always know how to get the kids involved. Their costumes are gorgeous! My kids think they are the real princesses!! The public event was so smooth. Raffles (my daughter won the dance with Belle on stage), singing, the fairy Godmother speaking between princess acts, meet and greets after the performance... I could go on and on. This is hands down the BEST princess company I have seen. I have been to many parties with "princesses" and they were not good. We only use this company now and they are so great with the kids, professional and personable. They sing the songs from movies with kids, they even have a Darth Vadar who uses a voice mask! I recommend them to EVERYONE I know.They also do princess tea parties if you want that for a little girl! The Elsa and Anna characters are also the closest I have seen to the actual characters! The princesses have beautiful voices (most of them sound better than the originals, and I'm picky about that kind of thing), and their costumes are spot-on.
