Told me it was out of coolant and recommended we do a pressure test to figure out how bad the leak was. After two days his other guy came in and said leak wasn't that bad and that filling it up with coolant would last us one season (next few months) but that we would have to replace the AC unit soon. Less than a week later we had lost all coolant and they were kind enough to come back again and refill again and very next day we were out of coolant. Sweltering hot! Nice people. Gave us a quote which was $2k more than Home Depot's quote and $3k more than another HVAC contractors, so I went with HD. I feel bad I couldn't give Fontaine my business even though I liked them, but $2k is just 2 much.
