He left my nose crooked/ asymmetrical with a ton of scar tissue, dips and dents which he called "shadows". My nose collapsed and he refused to own up to his error. Instead, he repeatedly said "nothing is perfectly symmetrical". I have 2 different nostrils and the tip is completely different on each side, in other words, it's not "slight". He is extremely arrogant. When selling me the surgery he was so nice, but as soon as I had an issue with his work... it became problematic. I wish I knew this before. Spare yourself. Plus Suzanne is god awful to deal with.

I found out about him from researching on the internet and then through the message boards. I was very happy to find someone that his specialty was fat transfer. It seemed like he did a lot of that... I went in to meet with him, saw pictures. He has a good reputation on the internet. I thought it was a very nice office. Dr. Glasgold was a little hard to read at first. He is very quiet but he is very serious. It is good because he does not try to sell you anything. It is kind of like this is what I think you need, you could take it or leave it. He is very matter of fact. The nurse who worked with him was great, too. Everyone I met there was really good ... I had no problems. I have already referred Dr. Glasgold a couple of times!

My husband had septum repair surgery scheduled with this office for last month. Yesterday they called him to remind him that his surgery date was Oct. 20th (it wasn't) and then verified that it was in fact scheduled for today, and then informed him he would need to be in at 6:00 am. Then they called and said he could actually come in at 12:00 as surgery wasn't until 1:00. This morning they called and said that they just noticed his cardiologist hadn't signed off on his EKG results (which were fine). My husband couldn't reach his cardiologist early this morning so once again his surgery is cancelled. The office called him 30 minutes later and said they spoke with the cardiologist and got clearance so he could come in for his surgery. At this point though my husband had already had a cup of coffee so couldn't have gone under anesthesia.This is a horribly run office and he definitely won't be rescheduling with this practice!
