Came here for the elite check-in for a hydro facial. They are located in Princeton Marketfair. The staff was warm, inviting, and knowledgeable about all of their extensive variety of services and high end products. Overall, the place had more of a clinical feel than that of a spa. the hydro facial was a 3 step process (exfoliate, extract, hydrate). It was mostly done by a machine that looked almost surgical with radiating blue light. You could actually feel it cleansing your skin and removing toxins and inserting moisture back in. It truly felt amazing. The tech explained every process in detail and made you feel relaxed throughout the experience. Finally they wrapped it up with a fantastic back and neck massage for a few minutes. Overall this was an incredible experience that I would highly recommend. Sandi is hilarious and such a pleasure to talk to while she explained the different procedures they offer. I never felt like they were "selling" anything to me and they were totally honest and transparent about what to expect and the costs of the different treatments. this was the worst hydra facial I have ever gotten. They told me they were going to focus on extractions, however, only used the tools for a couple of rounds, put sunscreen on, and then it was over. this was my first time getting a facial so I had no expectations. Firstly, the shop is located inside the Market Fair across from Anthropologie. Loved how clean the store was and staff was so nice. Made me feel comfortable when I explained it was my first experience getting a facial. The lady who gave me my hydrafacial was very nice and explained all the steps clearly so I knew exactly what was going on my face (and what was coming out!). Just one suggestion: maybe give pre & post-care instructions so clients know how to prep for the facial and take care of their skin afterward. I had used an ingredient in my own skincare routine too close to the time of my facial, making my skin a little bit more sensitive but it was still a great experience overall! read more

Came in for a hydra facial and came out with glowy fresh dewy skin! I loved it! My skin feels very soft and clean and clear, too. Facials can be expensive but I feel the hydra facial is worth the cost. Compared with traditional facials, I feel a big difference in the texture of my skin. Even my mother noticed a difference and we all know Asian moms will tell it like it is. The waiting area and treatment rooms are nicely designed, clean and comfortable and the staff are very warm, friendly and professional. My technician, Rebecca, was very knowledgeable and walked me through each step as it was my first hydra facial. Even though it was my first visit, I recommend her and this place highly and I plan to come in on a more regular basis. I don't often visit medspas. They have an on-site nurse that reviews your intake sheet which I expect is standard for the more complicated procedures but it also made me feel as if I was well looked after bc they reviewed mine as well for my facial. It was reassuring to know they were very careful with their procedures. They even texted the day after to follow up and see how I was. There is a membership plan available that allows you to put your dues towards services at a reduced rate but I never felt any pressure to sign up which I appreciated. It does sound like a good option if you know you're planning to visit more often! read more

I love them over there at OrangeTwist! They are very very nice and the treatments that I've tried have been amazing. I have had really really great hydrafacials with Ashley. They're so relaxing and truly clear up and hydrate my skin. I've also loved keravive treatments with Ashley which have helped stimulate lots of hair growth after losing it during postpartum (plus it feels like a great scalp massage). Lauren does a great job with hydrafacials as well. I've had a few microneedling sessions with Lauren that I've loved - she kept it painless and it did great things for my skin tone and texture. Lastly, I've had a couple last minute cancellations due to childcare issues or sick kids and they've been extremely nice and understanding about it which is not the case everywhere.
