They spent 2 days moving my stuff, breaking and damaging things, bagging stuff in trashbags, and they charged me 11,159 dollars. Their response? Respond to my review blaming me and my family for not being move ready, and having to move in 3.5 hours. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away. Do you want a moving company that will put personal details about their customers on the internet? Choose college hunks.

After a long day, we left and forgot to put our lock on the unit. Kevin came by and saw our unit was not secured and put a management combination lock on and sent us the code via email. As I was moving my belongings from the unit I was very tired and walked across the street to the bathroom. I had told him I was moving across country, I forgot to put my lock on my unit. He put his lock on my unit and left the building and would not answer the phone that night.!!! I called and called the next morning, again no answer! He knew we were leaving and had a long trip ahead of us. I'm a single parent he full on took advantage of me, I was not behind on my unit! After 4 months of paying for our things being held hostage, I asked my father to go get them. He and a friend drove to J.C. and demanded that Kevin open the storage unit and let him get our things. Kevin refused!!! My father told him "he would call the sheriff and he was sure that he would leave with my household goods after telling him what Kevin had done." Kevin came and opened the unit!
