They are so professional and are outstanding employees and doctors My doctor is so patient and attentive. She listens to all my needs and speaks to me on how to resolve it all. The employees are always focused and willing to go the extra mile to get you seen and helped if you do not have a appointment. They are serious about your health and your referrals come as soon as 2 days to make sure you progress immediately. I walked in there with such pain to my feet, it felt like walking on eggshells. When I left, I felt so relieved and out of pain and comfortable again. It makes a world of a difference going to that clinic and interacting with the staff that's in there because they actually care. I would recommend it to anyone.

When you finally get to see the doctor it's almost as if they're rushing because they have other patients back to back. I always get put on hold anywhere between 10-20 minutes when scheduling an appointment via telephone. There aren't enough doctors so they schedule many people for the few doctors they do have. The waiting room is always full when I get there. However, The staff is friendly and Luz, the Social worker is great!

What's even more unacceptable is the fact that I have been waiting an hour AFTER seeing my doctor for referral papers. I even asked about metro card availability hours before and still have not received an answer regarding that. There is so reason why the place is packed but there is only one person in the front end. There is only one medical assistant also so people who need their blood work done need to wait hours for that service too. Everything is so backed up and inconvenient. Essen medical really needs to improve their service!
