Longest wait time was an hour for us, coming behind someone who placed 10-15 shirts to print. You can purchase their item and have it customized or bring in your own shirt and digital image to get printed. I've brought in one hoodie and one zip hoodie to print with an uploaded image for my son. We have been back multiple times since then. Edit to add: I wasn't aware there were more than one person working here. We've always had our prints done with one particular guy. He's not the one that eats at the work area.
