I really wanted to give them a chance, especially since they're close to home and had great reviews on Yelp. I initially reached out at the beginning of May for a quote on 1,500 business cards. I know it's not a massive order, but it felt like I constantly had to follow up just to get a simple proof so I could move forward. I wasn't in a rush and was willing to wait, but after a month of back-and-forth with no real progress, I eventually gave up and went with another company. It's disappointing because I was hoping to support a local business, but it seems like they just didn't need business like ours.

I…read morebelieve here it is 2 companies in 1 studio but the lady that was helping us (Sookie?) was incredibly disorganized and made multiple errors. I had to go back 4 times because the prints we're never ready on time. On top of this on our wedding day we learned that there was another mistake and they didn't print a memorial sign that was to honor my dad who had passed away. The prints that were successful were beautiful but I just wouldn't take the stress the entire process was. There were 2 other ladies who were very kind and helpful I believe her name was Gloria? I wish we had worked with them instead.

I didn't have that much time or that kind of money as I'm trying to start my own business right now. I found RushMyPrints through a google search by pure luck and I'm really glad I did. Their website says they can print anything and have it delivered as a rush. I didn't think this was true because every other print shop can't do this! I filled out the online form asking for an estimate on a Tuesday at 8:00 PM thinking "well, I guess I'll hear back tomorrow". Nope! I got a quote 10 minutes later and they say they can have it delivered to my house by Friday! How is this possible?! Wednesday morning, I email them what I need printed thinking there's just no way they can fulfill their promise. By Friday at 3:00 pm, I received the order at my doorstep. I was shocked! Surely the quality would be sub-par as nothing can be done this fast, right? Nope! I opened the box and the 250 booklets I ordered were amazing! Extremely professional looking! I couldn't believe it. They have a customer for life. Don't waste your money going anywhere else.
