My request was to have two sets of certificates printed on different color heavy paper stock. I asked for the pricing multiple times, but was only told at the end of the job. I was also surprised that there was a difference in the weight of the different colored heavy paper stock. I contacted the shop and expressed my dissatisfaction with the latter. Went to go get blueprints for my home addition and needed copies fast. Called 10 minutes prior to arriving and they said they can do it. I showed up with my thumb drive and they printed my documents on site within minutes. Only charged me about $2.15/page. Other location quoted me $225 for the same documents that i paid $33 for. I've had many great experiences here, and would absolutely recommend them. 1) Prompt - When I need a job done, they can get it done super quick. 2) Good customer service - Ryan has been great to work with. There was a small mistake one time, and he bent over backwards to correct it. They would seriously do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. 3) Good communication - Have been able to do all my ordering over email, and then just pick up my stuff when it's ready. 4) High Quality - I only need black and white copies on a thicker than normal paper...but man does it look good.
