Tons of parking & easy peasy to schedule a drop off. You can request it online and there is a separate line to print your shipping label and drop off the package. Such a time saver! Random snacks to purchase and a huge location full of boxes, mailers, etc for all your shipping needs. Employees are helpful and courteous. I personally have no preference between FedEx and UPS, they both seem comparable in pricing as far as value to the customers go. The store manager stepped up, put what he was doing doing aside for approximately an hour, and got my prints done. Got me out of a jam and my training session went well. I wanted to document my experience today while attempting to return the company laptop using the pre-printed return label provided. On July 16, 2025, I visited the FedEx facility with the laptop and the return label. The instructions accompanying the label clearly stated that any required return supplies or packaging materials would be charged to the account number associated with the label. Unfortunately, the initial customer service representative I encountered was unhelpful and refused to review the label or the instructions. She insisted that I would need to purchase packaging materials myself to complete the return. After leaving the facility, I contacted the return center, who confirmed that the account number is included on the label and should cover reasonable packaging charges. Upon returning to the FedEx location, a representative named Robert was extremely helpful and ensured the package was properly prepared and accepted for return. read more

My friend had a rememberence card he was hoping he could re produce to give out to his friends. I have a scanner and amazing color printer at home but decided to come here instead. I was greeted immediately and was able to have one of the employees help me print the double sided card on a glossy card stock. She spent some time getting it perfect to fit 4 cards on each piece of paper. They came out perfectly. All I had to do was cut them when I got home. This location is also a Amazon return center, UPS and Fed Ex shipping center a long with plenty of other services. They sell plenty of things you don't know you need until you see them. Like vaccination covers and umbrellas. A plus for the service. Located in Cypress in a plaza with places to eat while you wait. read more

This is the first time my experience with FedEx has been beyond horrible. I normally go to the FedEx over at Centerpointe in La Palma and I ah e ALWAYS had excellent support. This location in Cypress was not helpful, particularly the young girl with long black hair. No greeting from getgo I stood at the counter, no acknowledgment for a while.... I asked for assistance at the printer and she went over instructions too quickly and did not want to assist with my request. I needed to leave feeling frustrated. I looked at the reviews on Yelp about this store and I can see why they are low ratings... Worst employees at the shipping center. I needed help because a package has been stuck in limbo for 3 weeks without any reason. The guy told me to call CS and I explained that I called 4 times already but it's an automated CS on the line. He said "press 9." I said there's no option to press 9. I dialed the number he gave me and had it on speaker to show him and he walked away. Then they started helping other customers. Rude! Also please know 100% what you're talking about first. Came here to order two personalized ink stamps and they botched one of them not once, but twice. They entered in the wrong details the first time by misspelling the city name. Had to re-order and wait a couple of weeks. The second time, they got the city name right but incorrectly entered the zip code. Had to wait another two weeks after that. This all could've been prevented if they had just double checked their details before pushing the order through. The second time they realized they made a mistake, the guy behind the counter yelled out "oh for f*ck's sake". Pretty humorous, at both his reaction and their incompetence. I am sure they do a decent job with their other services, but if you want to order something personalized that requires precision and accuracy, I'd recommend going elsewhere. read more

The woman working the poster printing department was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped refund me for the order and reorder the correct size. I normally just order through the corporate account and have stuff shipped to my home. But if I need something same or next day, I'll do a pick up order either here or on orangethorpe or at a competitor. This location is right by my parents house and the last 2 times I used their services because I was stopping by, I was sorely disappointed in the level of service. The first time I waited about 10 minutes for someone to help me. They were helping one person before me at a snail's pace. But this time, 2 days ago, I placed an order ($10) and it wasn't in a bag or box like normal. The woman, Alma, not only was very unfriendly but she told me it cost $0.10 for a bag.. it's not a grocery store. So then I asked "ok I've never been charged before. How about a box?" She gave me a dirty look paused for about 2 seconds and said "that's only for orders over $100". I started back at her dumbfounded and waited holding eye contact until she said "I'll give it to you this time, but next time I'll have to charge". I was so taken aback by her attitude as if she was doing me a favor. I wasn't rude at first I said hello and please as I always do, and even said thanks when I left. The staff is unfailingly welcoming and helpful. And the printers are easy to use, run smoothly, and invariably provide quality copies. This is the 3rd Different store visited in 3 separate days with my experience going from 5 star at one location to 2 star at this location. First customer service and probably manager was genuinely courteous and responsive but after he helped me get started the next representative wasn't, every inquiry I made he response that will cost you more money, I finally had to tell him I had a project to complete and I didn't care if I paid 20 cents instead of 18 cents to do it myself. He literally tried everything to not have to assist me get my order done. If I wanted pushback on completing a task I'd stay home and ask my kids to clean their rooms, I will be avoiding this location from now on. read more

Because of this place I have a new job! Mo'money less stress. I went in to this place to buy resume paper and maybe buy some new pens for drawing. I asked one of the workers (tall white kid, possibly named Chris) what he'd recommend for resume paper. He then explained about a deal they were having. It was any color paper and type. Along with a few folders. FOLDERS you ask, yes folders, never in my 25 years of writing resumes did I ever think of putting my resumes in a project folder and using different color paper. The manager even helped out suggesting what he looks for in a resume. He explained its all about presentation. Im an ex art student and working in the hospitality business. Never did it occur to me about presentation. Since then I'm always coming here for my paper, shipping and printing newds. Needless to say I left the store with 15 copies of my resume and folders and pens. All under $20. Everytime I come here im welcomes. Theyre always busy but always asks everyone if they need assistance. read more

For a Fedex that is located around so many businesses, their customer service is pretty horrible. Maybe they think they can get away with it given their convenience to most of these places. Regardless, it seems I'm not the only one who has issues with their otherwise oblivious/rude employees. I don't need someone to greet me like I'm a celebrity or anything but I at least expect an "I'll be with you in a moment." You shouldn't have to stand there for 10 minutes before someone gets to you. All I wanted to do was drop of a pre-paid package. When I did get to scanning it in, the guy asked me what was in the box like I was trying to ship something illegal. I thought it was common practice but an employee but their biggest competitor says that store employees typically have no reason to ask such a specific question beyond "is it fragile?" ... who knows. I only go there because the store I purchase from provides return labels through FedEx. I fortunately have not had any items lost by this store before so that's a plus. I'm bouncing to a different FedEx location if a new one ever opens up within the area. Here's an update to my recent review ... they close from 1PM - 2PM but their store hours are not updated on their yelp page. Guess they really need their hour lunch break after all the terrible customer service? I drove over to use the self service copiers to make a bunch of copies. To my surprise the copies were horrible, much worse than the originals. The copies were faded like FedEx was trying to saving ink. I brought it to the attention of the staff and they offered a refund, but never fixed the problem. read more

After all the dismal reviews, I was terrified to come in here. But I needed to get some packages out right away so I bit the bullet and went right at opening and hoped for the best. There was another car already parked in front and that person got out of their car to wait for the clock to strike the top of the hour so they could first in the store. No biggie...I already had everything packaged up with labels printed and attached, so I was just dropping off. Upon entering the store with an armful of packages, I was immediately asked to leave in a harsh manner. They said it was due to special operating hours for senior citizens. I said "ok, sorry about that...what time should I come back?" Then the associate looked at my packages and asked if I was just dropping off, and I said yes. Wow, IMMEDIATE change in tone. Suddenly super sweet and helpful. They proceeded to happily take my packages and scanned them. And when I asked for a receipt they said "sure, no problem!" No fuss, super chill. They thanked me for understanding, and wished me a wonderful weekend. So yeah, tl;dr - honestly kinda rude until they realized they didn't have to do anything other than scan the packages to get them ready for pickup. Then just totally nice and professional. read more

I like how this fedex location is open Sundays and that they have a convenient area for people to organize their paperwork or pack up their packages for shipping. They offer free tape, glue, stapler, markers and other stuff so you are not scrambling to look for items. The negatives unfortunately outweigh the positives because I believe customer service and the way people treat you is the most important thing. I've been here twice and both times the young guys working were not very pleasant. Today I was there for around 15 minutes and I noticed the guy never greeted anyone and was acting very rude and annoyed when anyone asked a question or for help.
