This is the second time I've used this place and my first experience with Monika was pleasant, but my wedding invitations kept getting forgotten about. I would be given a time estimate and when I would call to confirm, they said they weren't even aware of my project and that Monika often gives unrealistic time estimates. I spent a few hundred dollars on my wedding invites here and they worked with me on everything from paper quality to sizing. The time estimate didn't bother me as much because they were so nice about going over every detail and would email me proofs before printing. My second experience was all done over email with Megan. I was trying to print a simple, but nice cardstock sign for my bridal shower around 18×24, since I wasn't sure how big my downloaded sign image was (it was from etsy and it didnt say how big it was suppose to be). I asked them to tell me how big the sign could be without distorting the image. They never responded to my question. Since I work during their business hours and they wouldn't work with me on how I could get my sign, my marine fiance had to spend his lunch driving from the Las Pulgas exit on base to escondido to pick up a sign and then drive back to base to continue working. Once we got that worked out, I was told my sign would be $24 and that an additional smaller sign would take a couple weeks. I thought that maybe Megan misunderstood what I wanted so I tried to explain again. Her next email to me told me that they went ahead and printed, that I can just cut any excess off the sign, that it will be in two pieces, and the cost was $3. It was never explained that my 18×24 sign would be in multiple pieces and what kinds of options I had for my sign before they went ahead and printed. Apparently if you don't go with what they want for a more expensive price for one print, they give you the cheapest of the cheapest. I was able to call them on the phone and I inquired about about the email, hoping to get some clarification. The associate I talked to told me that Megan said that I kept changing my mind and that she just went ahead and printed it without my consent. All I ever tried to do was describe what I wanted, I didn't change my mind once. And then to have Megan treat me that way was very unprofessional. I will never return to this print shop. I regret ever bringing my business here. Apparently they are only nice to people who spend hundreds of dollars and everyone else isn't worth their time. read more

My newest favorite place!!! This family ran business makes you feel like part of the family. I had the best experience with them yesterday! I found them using Yelp as I drove from San Diego to Temecula so I decided to stop by and place a rush print job (1k pages or so) of some personal records. My horrible timing was quickly remedied by being put to work on my own project. While there I learned about the company history, and that the owner is a huge Chicago Bears fan like I am.. The kind of service I would give! Intelligent staff, all the options, and great prices. I went in at 4:45PM with a next morning deadline for a photograph to be framed and put on display in a show. They didn't know me. Receptionist said, "I'll ask if we can do this for you today." I gave her the flash drive and one of their experts checked my file and said, "I can do this". As an artist, I am a little picky about the quality of a print when I'm putting my work in a show. She understood this and actually stayed 30 minute past closing time to make the best print she could. I mean she really had to use all her options to fill my needs and she succeeded! I tried to pay her extra for staying late, but she refused to take it. I left with my print and had it at the framer on time and hung in the show. What a relief getting it printed at such a late hour! I actually slept well, not concerned anymore. I'll take more of my work there. read more

After driving around to 4 different print shops who could not help me I finally came to Printing Solutions and showed them a very beat up 36"x23" map that my autistic daughter loves so very much that she folds and carries with her everywhere and is almost falling apart I explained to them I was desperate to make a back up copy for when her map falls apart completely even though they didn't have a machine big enough to make a copy they came up with a solution to take a picture of it with a high quality camera and email it in and they would print out a new map and they did! Not only did they help find a solution, they were so understanding, printed it out the next day AND only charged a small fee and said the rest was their donation to my daughter! I also was not expecting the quality of the map to come out as good as it did considering the condition of the original map. They have gained a lifetime customer. I have used Printing Solutions twice now. Once for business cards(great job) and then for some color copying. These people are awesome. It's a family run business and you can feel it in their customer service, they actually care if the job is done right and they aren't happy if you aren't happy. On top of this they are reasonably priced. I almost forgot about Printing Solutions and needed an over-sized 2 sided color item copied and went to Kinko's for an estimate. Kinko's estimate was $4.00 per page. When I picked myself up off the ground, I remembered PS and drove directly there and their charge was $1.00 for the exact same thing!! Wow! This place is amazing. The product itself looks fabulous, but even more amazing is the excellent customer service my wife and I received. The owner, Monika, took care of us personally and spent a lot of time making sure the prints came out just so, she even had their designer, Monica, come out to give me a quick Photoshop tip that made a world of difference. Monika even called around to find us a packaging item we needed for some art prints, and then after purchasing we discovered the prints were just slightly too large, but it was Monika to the rescue as she personally made sure all 100 prints fit perfect in their sleeves. You will not find this articulate level of customer service anywhere else. Even over the phone, Megan was so nice we felt like regular customers before we even walked through the door. While we were there getting our 5 star customer service, I saw several other customers come in and get the same great service as well, one of them literally was jumping up and down over her wedding announcements, and remarked that she "couldn't stop staring at them."
