Stood in line forever with a giant box, told "coworker called out so I'm alone I'll help you shortly"... Only when I put the box on the table was I told "we don't ship retail boxes it needs to be in another box"... This couldn't be said when you acknowledged me and my box? You make me stand in line? FedEx had no issue delivering the box to me, but returning I was told "no"... I don't recommend FedEx or this location- I should have checked the reviews before coming. I don't usually go to this location but I happen to be in the area so I wanted to drop off a package to ship as I do a lot. It was already labeled and ready to go and the girl that comes up to the desk immediately says no in the most annoying! whinny voice! & she doesn't want to take the box because the box is "weirdly shaped". Bi**h! Who cares! I've never been denied before. I had put extra bubble wrap on the outside and then wrapped it with strong paper, it wasn't the most prettiest box, but it was protected, she went and asked another girl who was busy leaning on the counter texting on her phone & didn't even look up at the box and she says no you need to put it in a bigger box. This was an item that I was selling and barely making a few dollars I would have basically went negative if I had to buy more supplies. My usual FedEx location never has a problem with my boxes and I've shipped some very weird looking ones. I left & went to my usual location and they didn't have a problem with the box. I had a good experience dropping off my package here. The store is nearby Pieology and easy to find. There are masks and hand sanitizer by the entrance in case you need any. I returned a Burberry handbag from Saks fifth In December 2023, to the store In corona On Mcckiney. I paid $1400.00 for the Handbag. three weeks went and I have not received my refund back into my checking account. I decided to call Saks fifth Avenue and ask where was my refund. They said they never received the purse. I went to the FedEx store in January and spoke to the manager Linda and let her know that they did not receive the purse. I told her that I remember the young lady that I gave the handbag to she was there that day. She remember receiving the package. however, the tracking number did not exist, which I've never heard of before. i've been dealing with this store for the last three months, and my handbag still has not showed up or my refund. also talk to the district manager Brian also emailed him and he hasn't yet to return my email. this store cannot be trusted. they did not return phone calls or email. Unlike many FedEx Print centers it is not open 24hrs a day, but they do stay open until 10:00pm The gentleman that works here, young guy with glasses is helpful and always willing to help. Lindsey is stellar, she is professional always thinking a step ahead and offering suggestions without being overbearing. Stellar. Remember that one can pay at the copy machines by simply inserting a major credit card or ATM card. Im not sure why this confuses a lot of people. The young gentleman with the thick glasses that works at this location was very unhelpful. He needs work on his customer service skills. I was trying to place an order for some floor stickers. He asked me how many sets I wanted and he walked way and went to the back counter and left me standing there for about 5 minutes while he handled other things. Never asked me to fill out any forms for the order I was trying to place or any of my information to place my order. If you get past the location and parking... This is an actual full service fedEx center where you can easily print all your little documents and photos and urgent reports before heading out to work, school or whatever. I was running late and forgot to print an essay for my college course and decided to drop by and print something out. Despite the worker messing up the original print she redeemed herself by printing it on higher quality paper and did it at no charge. Shout out to her for the best costumer service. I wasn't even mad at her messing up my original sheet but she did let me know and had a great attitude about it. She also helped me inquire about future projects I had in mind. This location is pretty clean in general always stocked with different stationary items and I plan on coming back here. My only concern is parking and having their employees check up on the customers for misusing materials. read more

I needed to have two of my certifications copied for my work office and I arrived and was the 3rd person in line. it took 10 minutes for me to be helped because James was a one man show on a late evening. James was courteous, professional and got me good certification copies at a good price. The person in front of me waited 30 minutes total as there were some packing jobs that needed to be done and James was the only person there. I can understand why this place has bad reviews :/ I called to make sure there was enough FedEx envelopes at this location as I needed to mail out 20+ documents. I called- The woman who picked up the phone was very polite and said that they did have the inventory. I pre-printed the labels and so all I needed were the envelopes. When I got there, they were no envelopes in the normal section and so I asked an employee for 20 showing the pre-printed labels/documents. The employee behind the counter said that they didn't have that amount and that I needed to order them online through an account ... then just stared at me. I told them that I needed to mail these out today and that I called earlier and was told that the inventory was there. They were visibly annoyed, and then gave me a stack of envelopes. Thank you? Stefan is the most unhelpful fedex member I have ever dealt with. When I came into the store, an older customer was asking for help in the print center. He didn't know how to use the computer, and the older man was very frustrated and asking for help from Stefan. I understand that COVID-19 has us all social distancing, but he told the customer , "it's too complicated to tell you, I can't help you". When it came to my turn, I was mailing personal mail. Stephen did not let me use my corporate account because I needed to use my personal credit card. I felt Like he was purposefully making this more difficult than it needed to be. He was being rude and condescending. Since I am an essential worker, I understand the fear of getting infected with customers, but this is a time where we use our best customer service. This place engages in the practice of scam in people. Dropped off a box with shoes inside. Taped and labeled. The individual at the counter refused my package and stated that " he recommends I buy a new box because my box could damage the contents" when I i stated the box had used shoes and I was not concerned the shoes would be damaged he refused unless I box a new box and pair for a new label. I asked him to show me fed ex policy in writing stating my package could be refused he stated no policy in writing existed. A manager approached I explained to them I understand the hustle of trying to sell me a box and I refused again. At that point she understood I was not going to accept the upsell and she took my package as is. Once again this place will lie in order to sell you a box. Everyone now and then has a bad day but this is everytime I've had to come here. You don't get acknowledged when you walk in and ignored until they have no choice but to "help" you.
