Visited this FedEx Office on April 1st around 12:44 PM and had a disappointing experience. I needed help with the copier but was only given instructions instead of actual assistance. While one gentleman was kind, the two women working were not friendly or helpful. Another customer was also ignored while asking for help with access to the restroom. I used their boxing and shipping service because I had to return a pile of hardware to an employer and had never really been through the process of shipping it out before. Well, this place was perfect and helped me to accomplish the task quickly and smoothly. Staff was super friendly and understanding, too. I can't speak to the value because the company paid for it and I don't really know what the standard cost for something like this is. Anytime I have to return something from Amazon or anytime something is out of order they act like we're stupid and they are demeaning and their demeanor is negative. Went here today to ship off a package. Was greeted when I walked in, and found my way to put my package together on the table area. Once I was done, the lady directed me to the kiosk (as she was busy with someone else) and advised me that I could get a receipt through the self service. Followed the directions, got my receipt and was on my way. Easy peasy. read more

FYI if your in a hurry with 2 hungry kids in the car and you need to print your kids homework because you ran out of ink at home and happen to walk in here with all the copy machines being occupied and there are 4 employees standing around not doing much don't expect for them to help you. They asked me to wait for someone to finish printing so I could use the copier myself which took a tremendous amount of time because I had to print each page individually. This place is changing. The staff is new and definitely NOT trained in customer service.

I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. I am almost always helped by Rachael or the tall gentleman (sorry I don't know his name). I have been going to this locating because I refuse to buy a printer for myself. I'm always greeted when I walk in and the employees I have chatted with are always friendly. I'll be sad the day I finally commit to just buying a printer to print all my labels out lol. I've gone to the other locations nearby but I always end up here because of the service. read more

Every time I come to this fedex there are about 4 to 6 employees here working supposedly but only one or sometimes 2 are working as cashiers where are the other employees at? What are they doing ? I tell what they are doing , just looking at their cell phones... it's always crowded and the rest of them should be taking customers packages... this is why people go to ups or the postal service because of lack of customer service. 5 stars for the only service I use here, self printing. I've owned printers in the past and always run into the annoying ink cartridge issue. Plus I don't use them enough to keep them fresh so my printers always dried out and died on me. When I need a quick label or document printed, I like coming here because I know the in and out routine and don't have to interact with anyone. It's also down the street from the post office so that's extra convenient. I always come strapped with my debit card and my flash drive. "Old school" but it works for me. You can also use their website to email/upload docs and retrieve though I haven't gone that route. The self service printers put a temporary $10 hold on your card and a day or so after printing, will only debit the amount you used. Black & white prints are $0.14 each, several more cents for color. When printing, the machine always defaults to color so keep that in mind. read more

So, I normally just drop off packaged prepaid here and my experiences with that have always been great, no issues. However, for the first time, I had orders mailed here from purchases online because I have been working out of town for the last few weeks, and didn't want my packages to get stolen. So, my only real available day is today (Saturday). Their operating hours for Saturday is 8am to 6pm. Because I was short on time today, I came at 9:15am to pick up my packages, and the door was locked. Why? The door says in plain sight they open at 8am today. I'm not the only one who came and tried to get their stuff taken care of this morning. So I sat in the car and emailed corporate to complain. Right now its 2:25pm, I came back and they're open. I got here and in line at 1:55pm with only one person ahead of me. There is only ONE person working, and this customer needs help with a lost package. So half an hour later and I'm still standing here trying to get my packages because I have other things I need done today. Very stressful for me. Not sure why this location is so short-staffed. I don't get what's so hard about following proper operating hours and staff availability. read more

The staff was so nice... not only did they tape up my box so I could return my item they told me where I could my ups package. I would recommend this store to anyone. I usually never get angry but I can feel my cheeks getting really hot and my hands are trembling. Good thing for the FedEx employee though, I never raise my voice or say anything rude so she doesn't have to see the inconvenience and worry she's caused me. So I went to drop off a FEDEX SMARTPOST package at this location. The label specifically said to "MAKE SURE TO DROP OFF AT FEDEX OFFICE. DO NOT DROP OFF AT USPS OR FEDEX EXPRESS." I give her the package but she refuses to accept it because it says usps in addition to FedEx smart post (there are 2 barcodes and she ignored the FedEx one). She tells me to take it to usps. I never mailed FedEx SmartPost before so I sorta believe her until I check the label print out again that says what I quoted above. I google it to see why it also has a usps barcode and apparently FedEx SmartPost WORKS WITH USPS. I go back in and show her everything I researched and she calls someone to ask them about it. She comes back and says "it needs to say smart label and this says smart post." .... I'm pretty sure she misinterpreted the phone call but I realized I wasn't going to win so I gave up and asked ok where Can I take this that will accept it? She said take it to usps. I showed her the label again where it says "DO NOT TAKE TO USPS." Then I showed again that it says to specifically take to a FEDEX OFFICE so I asked where is the nearest FedEx office? I believe she just wanted me to leave so she made up some BS about there's one inside a Walgreens nearby. I leave and as I walk out I see "FEDEX OFFICE" in big letters out front (before I didn't know for sure if this was a FedEx office location, I just knew it was FedEx). I'm extremely pissed as I realize this employee doesn't know what she's talking about and is wasting my time. So I call FedEx customer service and the rep is confused why she wouldn't accept it. I told her the BS excuse about it needing to say smartlabel and mine said SmartPost and the rep said "yeah that's the same thing." So she suggested I go to the McKinley location and I did even tho it's 15 minutes away. Lo and behold the employee there accepted it with NO ISSUES! I asked why the other location wouldn't accept it and she said "well they should've, it's FedEx SmartPost... was it *describes appearance of the employee*?" I said yeah and she said yeah she's supposed to accept it sorry about that. So as I'm leaving I see her get on the phone and I can only hope to god she's calling the other location to scold the employee so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Imagine if I was gullible and listened to her and dropped off my package at usps despite the label saying not to. Spreading false information is very wrong. Why is she working there anyway? She must be a very bad employee if the other FedEx location was able to guess who denied my package. If you want to know who it was then msg me. Update: so I just got a call from the manager apologizing and saying that certain employee was borrowed from another location. So I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars since I did get an apology and also that employee isn't a regular there so this might not be a typical experience. read more

I have always received excellent customer service and I have no complaints about them. This is my favorite location to drop off my packages and I've been to many fedex offices in OC and in the IE. The wait times at this location are terrible. The other day, Cody, the store manager was up front doing all of the customer service while two young women just stood in the back of the store and chatted. I was surprised by the rudeness and long wait time when dealing with the actual store manager. I was also surprised them employees weren't embarrassed just standing around and talking while customers waited in a line for service. FAX.. it rhymes with wax. Okay I know, wax has nothing to do with Fax, but I just wanted to make a nice headliner up there. This Fedex/Kinko's provided me with a needed fax this morning, and boy were they helpful. I'm quite the novice to fax machines and had no idea what to do. The workers walked me through with what to do, and provided a cover sheet for the fax too. I'm not sure how much a typical fax is, but mine came out to be $2.49 for a one page fax from Corona to Santa Monica. Btw, the workers here are quite cheerful and happy and do everything with a smile on their faces. I never knew faxing could be done with so much smiling. *cheese* And if you need to do other things other than faxing, such as make some copies, print things out, etc.. you can get it done here. I knew my document was good and it looked ok online but I wanted to make 100% sure since they were going to be folded. So I called the location to make sure. The girl on the phone was more than happy to help. She printed a sample and told me it looked wonderful. She even complimented me on my work. Dropping off packages is a bit of a nightmare - the staff at this location moves very slowly and arbitrarily makes up the rules. For example, a package that was delivered by FedEx, opened by us, re-sealed by us in the same box, and then dropped off at this location - or at least attempted to. They wouldn't accept it (the box was in perfect condition - not crushed or damaged in any way)..... Then we attempted again the following day, and they accepted it, no questions asked. read more

Awful experience! I walked in a little before 5:50 to ship an extremely important package overnight. They close at 6. There was only one other person in the store. The young woman (white woman, brown hair, twenties, a little overweight) behind the counter told me she was helping that gentleman send his package and that would take 10 minutes to do, so she could not help me ship today. I said "really?" She said she would get fired if she kept the store open "one minute" past 6 p.m. (Of course, I'm sure that you would get fired for keeping the store open an additional minute to make another sale and earn the store more money [sarcasm]). I said, "are you joking? I'm here before you close. I have an really important package that I have to overnight to the state board for my profession. Can you please help?" She told me no and recommended I look up the next closest store in the county that was open until 8 p.m. and drive to them. The guy she was helping looked at me and gave me a face of disbelief that she just said that. I'm usually pretty understanding, but this seemed completely ridiculous! I rolled my eyes in protest and walked out of the store saying to myself "what a horrible person." So, I go to my car parked right in front of the store and I sit in the drivers seat while looking up the next closest location open til 8. It's 5:54 p.m., and the gentleman she was helping walks out the door and she followed behind him and immediately locked the door. I literally can't believe this woman. What an A**hole! 30 minutes later (So. Cal. Traffic) I arrive at the next closest location, which is the McKinley location. While being helped, I tell the fedex employee helping me what a terrible experience I just had and he says "I know that woman. Ya I'd expect that from her. She totally lied about being fired if she kept the doors open a single minute after 6." Conclusion: This Fedex employee is one of those people that makes life harder than it has to be. She should be fired! UPS or post office next time. read more

I was searching on Yelp for a place to Fax/Print. I came across this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location. This place has everything you need to fax/print/copy/ship etc. The staff is knowledgeable and does a great job at assisting customers. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a woman who was busy stocking shelves. I appreciate it when staff prioritizes the customers needs. I was able to print and fax all of my documents. I suggest printing documents at home as it can get pricey using the stores internet (.35 a minute). Greg assisted me with using the fax machine as I haven't used one in years! He was attentive and did a great job at taking care of multiple customers in a timely manner. I am glad I found this location as it will be my new "go to" store for handling all of my business needs. read more

It was $2 to copy and send a fax so it wasn't crazy cheap but it saved me a lot of time to just go in there and send it. There was no line and plenty of people working. I was assured right away!
