So they let me pick out a pair of frames from a different website, flew them in and put my prescription in for me. That is just... amazing. Their customer service is unparalleled. I was told the the way I choose to wear my glasses is impossible (even though I've been wearing them the same way for years). Stopped in this evening at the Campbell Blvd location and the ladies at the desk were able to successfully adjust my glasses so I could wear them comfortably. And they did so without an attitude.
