To receive a cancellation notice at that point was absurd! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Months apart I was assured my money would be refunded. A year after paying for the procedure I am still waiting for my funds to be returned to me. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with Small Claims Court as I have run out of options and patience with this business.
