The day prior to that appointment I received a call to cancel due to the Big E. This business has been around long enough to be well aware of the traffic patterns that are more than a mile away. To receive a cancellation notice at that point was absurd! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Months apart I was assured my money would be refunded. A year after paying for the procedure I am still waiting for my funds to be returned to me. I am now in the process of filing a complaint with Small Claims Court as I have run out of options and patience with this business. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and the way they treat their clients!
